GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. My laptop screen was cracked. I sent to Securranty for repair. After several weeks, they told me laptop was not repairable and they'd send me a used replacement laptop. I told them the manufacturer was willing to fix it for $250. Regardless, they insisted on sending me a replacement laptop. The replacement was significantly inferior, with less RAM and storage. I again reminded them my original laptop could be repair for $250. After several weeks of delay, they finally agreed to repair my original laptop, but required I send the replacement laptop first. At this point, over 2 months had passed. There were delays in having them send my laptop to the manufacturer for repairs. Literally, 4 months after I sent laptop, I finally received my laptop. I then said I wanted to cancel my policy and receive a pro-rated refund. Originally, they agreed. After several weeks of back and forth, they cancelled my policy but refused to give me a refund, stating I had already had a claim. So, they basically cancelled my policy but still had me pay the policy fee. Terrible. I would never trust them with any of my electronic devices ever again. I literally spent well over 10 hours on the phone/email dealing with them to get a basic repair accomplished.

GBWorst website Worst website, I have 2 kids that need cromebook insurance. Put the first kid through after getting bumped off the registration several times, the next day I wanted to add kid 2 to the plan can’t find an add button or menu item that will let me do it. Figuring I missed it or something I called support, only to be told that I would have to use a different email address and set up a second account. Now I have to manage 2 different accounts for the next 4 years, I’ll bet my kids could build a better site.

GBSite trouble frustration resolved with phone call I had trouble with the web site when I was trying to purchase a policy. I submitted a help ticket, but hadn't heard back the next day. My purchase date mattered so that I would qualify for "new" status on my phone's rate. The phone message said to leave a message, but I was actually greeted by an employee when I was about to hang up. Suleman explained where the site had given me trouble and helped me through the process, including competing some data that I had failed to enter. I won't deny that at first I was very frustrated, but in the end I was very please with how it was resolved. I will say this, if you have trouble with the site, call them and your experience should be much nicer. I'm giving them 5 stars on trust that they will resolve the site problems.
