Highly recommend Healthy Paws We have had great experience with Healthy Paws. Their Customer Service department is great and wants things to get resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Their newly revamped app makes it easy to submit claims and get reimbursed in a timely fashion. We started with Healthy Paws years ago before our dog Socks had any problems and now have had to rely on them the past few years. We love Healthy Paws.

Amazing experience with Healthy Paws! Our fur babies have been covered by Healthy Paws for about four years. Fortunately, we have not had to make many claims up until last month. Our healthy, 8-year-old cocker spaniel was running around in the backyard like she always does and suddenly started limping. After a few vet visits, she was diagnosed with a tear in her leg. It was heart breaking to watch her hobble around in pain, so we knew she needed surgery. It is stressful to think about your pet needing surgery and it's extremely stressful to hear how much the surgery and all of the veterinary visits will cost. Healthy Paws helped to alleviate the financial burden and financial stress of our baby getting surgery so we could focus solely on getting our fur baby better. Their customer service was always responsive and helpful when I needed to submit claims for our pup online. Their website is very user friendly and I'm able to upload medical records, invoices, and claims with ease. Their customer service even sent multiple emails after our pup had surgery to check and see how she was feeling! Even though I initially purchased the insurance for the peace of mind, I can confidently say that I highly recommend insuring your pets with Healthy Paws. I don't know what we would have done without them, and I am so happy that we made the decision to have our fur babies insured by Healthy Paws.

Best Pet Insurance out there I would have never thought that dealing with an insurance company would be easy, yet Healthy Paws has completely proven that wrong. When we adopted our dog at 6 months old, the first thing I did was research all the Pet Insurance companies out there. After a lot of research, I landed on Healthy Paws and I'm so glad I did. My pup has had some random issues pop up here and there that without Insurance would cost me and arm and a leg. With Healthy Paws, I submit the claim, and typically within 2 days, 80% of what's covered is back in my bank account. They have been such a lifesaver and on top of it, they are all so nice. When my dog got ACL surgery, I got an email just checking in on him to see how he's recovering. Couldn't recommend another Pet Insurance company more than Healthy Paws.

Worth every penny We appreciate Healthy Paws for helping us keep our furry family members feeling their best! When we bring a new fur baby into the family, we sign them up for Healthy Paws immediately. In the case of our one-year-old cat, it proved to be lifesaving. She developed gingivostomatitis and required a full-mouth extraction. Thanks to our plan with Healthy Paws, 90% of that surgical procedure was covered, and our girl is feeling better and is now back to her playful, naughty self!

Cannot Recommend The service is fine and the people are knowledgeable and helpful. The problem is the cost. I have just been told that my premium for one older pet is going from $246 to $423 per month for 70% coverage. Healthy Paws does not cover doctor exams, routine care and preexisting conditions. My recommendation is to look elsewhere. I have also done some research and it appears that Healthy Paws owns some review sites!
