Solid coverage, good communication and customer service My cat recently needed a surgery to remove a tumor. I filed a claim and Healthy Paws followed up promptly (within 24 hours) with a clear description of the documentation needed to verify coverage. The filing process was very straightforward, and I was provided clear explanations for which items in my invoice were and were not covered based on my policy. The vast majority of the surgery fee was covered and I received reimbursement checks in the mail within about 2 weeks. The team also sent a very caring individualized follow-up note checking in on how my cat was doing.

Best Pet Insurance out there I would have never thought that dealing with an insurance company would be easy, yet Healthy Paws has completely proven that wrong. When we adopted our dog at 6 months old, the first thing I did was research all the Pet Insurance companies out there. After a lot of research, I landed on Healthy Paws and I'm so glad I did. My pup has had some random issues pop up here and there that without Insurance would cost me and arm and a leg. With Healthy Paws, I submit the claim, and typically within 2 days, 80% of what's covered is back in my bank account. They have been such a lifesaver and on top of it, they are all so nice.
