Amazing experience with Healthy Paws! Our fur babies have been covered by Healthy Paws for about four years. Fortunately, we have not had to make many claims up until last month. Our healthy, 8-year-old cocker spaniel was running around in the backyard like she always does and suddenly started limping. After a few vet visits, she was diagnosed with a tear in her leg. It was heart breaking to watch her hobble around in pain, so we knew she needed surgery. It is stressful to think about your pet needing surgery and it's extremely stressful to hear how much the surgery and all of the veterinary visits will cost. Healthy Paws helped to alleviate the financial burden and financial stress of our baby getting surgery so we could focus solely on getting our fur baby better. Their customer service was always responsive and helpful when I needed to submit claims for our pup online. Their website is very user friendly and I'm able to upload medical records, invoices, and claims with ease. Their customer service even sent multiple emails after our pup had surgery to check and see how she was feeling! Even though I initially purchased the insurance for the peace of mind, I can confidently say that I highly recommend insuring your pets with Healthy Paws. I don't know what we would have done without them, and I am so happy that we made the decision to have our fur babies insured by Healthy Paws.

Excellent coverage, responsive and caring customer service We have been Healthy Paws customers since we got our dog back in 2020. We knew we wanted pet insurance all along because it takes the financial question out of big medical decisions when your pup needs medical care, and reduces financial risk to our family so we know we can take care of our pup no matter what life throws at us. We shopped around looking at a bunch of different insurance companies, and eventually settled on Healthy Paws because the coverage is great and the cost is competitive. After being customers for four years and using our insurance to file claims for a few health issues our pet has been affected by, we could not be happier Healthy Paws customers. Submitting a claim is SO EASY, just submit the itemized invoice with no written explanation required, and they process the claim quickly. We take our checks in the mail, but direct deposit is an option as well if you want reimbursement more quickly. Customer service has been responsive and kind whenever we've needed it. We had one claim that was borderline regarding whether we were covered or not, and while it was initially rejected even the appeal process was convenient and Healthy Paws customer support has been excellent throughout. We would highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone.

Healthy Paws for the win! When our three-year-old healthy cat suddenly had a major medical emergency, we didn’t think twice about getting her the care she needed. We quickly wracked up about $7,500 in vet bills, seeing a specialist and doing multiple tests. We had never submitted an insurance claim for a pet before, and we were nervous. Thank goodness we chose Healthy Paws to cover her when she was still a kitten! They reimbursed us for everything we expected, given the plan we chose. Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver! We adopted two stray furbabies when they were young. One of them developed epilepsy a couple of years ago and it has been a challenge with all the medications and trying to regulate them. Healthy Paws was spot on with coverage when he started having seizures and helping with all the meds. He recently broke a tooth probably during a fall while having a seizure and it got infected. Healthy Paws covered his surgery. If it wasn't for his insurance there is no way we could afford his monthly meds or the surgery for his tooth. Even at the cost of insurance for both of the dogs (one of which has only used it once I think) it's well worth it for the help it's given us for the one dog. Highly recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance!
