Intentionally cancelled my policy Intentionally cancelled my policy. I being a customer for over 8years. And suddenly receive an email that my policy cancelled. No communication before. Seems , now my pet is getting older and they know it will cost them. Stay away from this company

Best Pet Insurance out there I would have never thought that dealing with an insurance company would be easy, yet Healthy Paws has completely proven that wrong. When we adopted our dog at 6 months old, the first thing I did was research all the Pet Insurance companies out there. After a lot of research, I landed on Healthy Paws and I'm so glad I did. My pup has had some random issues pop up here and there that without Insurance would cost me and arm and a leg. With Healthy Paws, I submit the claim, and typically within 2 days, 80% of what's covered is back in my bank account. They have been such a lifesaver and on top of it, they are all so nice. When my dog got ACL surgery, I got an email just checking in on him to see how he's recovering. Couldn't recommend another Pet Insurance company more than Healthy Paws.

Healthy Paws is very responsive and very quick to reimburse directly into your bank account. They make it so easy to submit a claim and the explanation of benefits are very understandable. Would Recommend Heathy Paws We've had a wonderful experience with Heathy Paws. Our pup had to undergo three eye surgeries before he was 6. Highly recommend Healthy Paws We have had great experience with Healthy Paws. Their Customer Service department is great and wants things to get resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Their newly revamped app makes it easy to submit claims and get reimbursed in a timely fashion. We started with Healthy Paws years ago before our dog Socks had any problems and now have had to rely on them the past few years. We love Healthy Paws.
