The claims have been processed quickly and all claims have been paid promptly and according to the policy. And most recently, when our pup had some health issues and ER visits a Healthy Paws rep followed up to see how he was doing.

Fast and Easy My cat had a mass in her back leg and I was able to submit that claim through the healthy Paws website. Submitting the claim was very fast and easy to follow. My claim was completed in less than 4 business days and it covered 80% of the bill.

Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver! We adopted two stray furbabies when they were young. One of them developed epilepsy a couple of years ago and it has been a challenge with all the medications and trying to regulate them. Healthy Paws was spot on with coverage when he started having seizures and helping with all the meds. He recently broke a tooth probably during a fall while having a seizure and it got infected. Healthy Paws covered his surgery. If it wasn't for his insurance there is no way we could afford his monthly meds or the surgery for his tooth. Even at the cost of insurance for both of the dogs (one of which has only used it once I think) it's well worth it for the help it's given us for the one dog. Intentionally cancelled my policy Intentionally cancelled my policy. I being a customer for over 8years. And suddenly receive an email that my policy cancelled. No communication before. Seems , now my pet is getting older and they know it will cost them. Stay away from this company
