Would Recommend Heathy Paws We've had a wonderful experience with Heathy Paws. Our pup had to undergo three eye surgeries before he was 6. Heathy Paws made it an easy decision to give our dog the best care. Submitting a claim could not be easier. I would recommend Heathy Paws to any dog or cat owner!

Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver! We adopted two stray furbabies when they were young. One of them developed epilepsy a couple of years ago and it has been a challenge with all the medications and trying to regulate them. Healthy Paws was spot on with coverage when he started having seizures and helping with all the meds. He recently broke a tooth probably during a fall while having a seizure and it got infected. Healthy Paws covered his surgery. If it wasn't for his insurance there is no way we could afford his monthly meds or the surgery for his tooth. Even at the cost of insurance for both of the dogs (one of which has only used it once I think) it's well worth it for the help it's given us for the one dog. Highly recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance!

Amazing experience with Healthy Paws! Our fur babies have been covered by Healthy Paws for about four years. Fortunately, we have not had to make many claims up until last month. Our healthy, 8-year-old cocker spaniel was running around in the backyard like she always does and suddenly started limping. After a few vet visits, she was diagnosed with a tear in her leg. It was heart breaking to watch her hobble around in pain, so we knew she needed surgery. It is stressful to think about your pet needing surgery and it's extremely stressful to hear how much the surgery and all of the veterinary visits will cost. Healthy Paws helped to alleviate the financial burden and financial stress of our baby getting surgery so we could focus solely on getting our fur baby better. Their customer service was always responsive and helpful when I needed to submit claims for our pup online. Their website is very user friendly and I'm able to upload medical records, invoices, and claims with ease. Their customer service even sent multiple emails after our pup had surgery to check and see how she was feeling! Even though I initially purchased the insurance for the peace of mind, I can confidently say that I highly recommend insuring your pets with Healthy Paws. I don't know what we would have done without them, and I am so happy that we made the decision to have our fur babies insured by Healthy Paws.

Absolutely horrendous customer support Absolutely horrendous customer support. They recently denied two claims I filed after my two dogs required emergency vet visits, and they said ‘anything done by a vet isn’t covered.’ Where else would I take my dogs? What other medical expenses would I incur OUTSIDE of a veterinary clinic? I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone, anyone at customer service to explain to me exactly what is covered and why I’m paying over $200 a month for 3 dogs if emergency care isn’t covered. But nobody is responding via email or phone. I’m going to cancel my policy immediately. If you’re considering healthy paws, I would very much recommend looking elsewhere.

Intentionally cancelled my policy Intentionally cancelled my policy. I being a customer for over 8years. And suddenly receive an email that my policy cancelled. No communication before. Seems , now my pet is getting older and they know it will cost them. Stay away from this company
