GBLess stress about Vet costs = more quality time with my pup. I have had Pet Plan/Fetch pet insurance for my dogs for the last 15 years and have never been disappointed. The process to make a claim and get reimbursed has always been effortless and quick, and I'm referring to illnesses and surgeries in the thousands. Most recently was a dental surgery and cleaning for my youngest pup, who is now 6 yrs old, and needed a few teeth removed due to a jaw bone issue. The Vet's office emailed me the invoice and all the paperwork/Dr's notes for the procedure, which I just forwarded to my Fetch account and submitted. I received the payment directly to my bank account within 2 weeks! Fetch has made paying Vet bills a lot less harrowing, it's actually a breeze.

GBI am so excited that Fetch started… I am so excited that Fetch started covering well checks for my fur baby. That is so important and sometimes it is a struggle to pay for. I appreciated the ease of filing a claim and the prompt response. I love this pet insurance!

GBYou advertise that you pay 90% not… You advertise that you pay 90% not true, I've always gotten a small reimbursement maybe 10% for the claims that I've submitted. Example on a $74 bill I was reimbursed $10

GBIt was really nice to know we had Fetch… It was really nice to know we had Fetch when we took our dog to the vet and ended up with $1K in tests and treatment. Sending the required documents was super easy, their review was within their stated time frame and the reimbursement came quickly after it was approved.

CANot Useful I got fetch insurance last year for my cat, after an accident he had (vomiting and diarrhea - which he did a through examination and nothing was found. He also did some precautionary treatment) A year later, again he has some vomiting and diarrhea (since basically that’s the main starting issue with the cats) and the insurance does not cover it since it’s a continuous issue. If no disease were found and all precautionary treatment were done, how this can be a continuous issue? Seems like for any issue with the same symptoms, my cat won’t be covered! Cause it’s a continuous issue.
