GBI appreciate your assistant Samantha Jenkins! Every year my policy has been going up and it is concerning as I am on a budget but I absolutely want to have assistance if anything happens to my cat. Samantha was very nice and very patient explaining to me what could possibly make my plan more affordable. What I really liked about her was she was not just answering questions but she reminded me of how the policy works which a lot of representatives do not bother to do. Thanks Samantha!

GBPoor Customer Service The payment process was a mess, Fetch pet charged me twice and did not share the Policy Confirmation, I had to call them and made me wait more than 30 minutes, I used the chat and finally I got someone that helped me reviewing it, however she told me they never received the first payment!! Will have to dispute the first charge they made. I really hope this is the only bad experience I have with them.

GBFirst Timer Questions I am getting my first puppy this week and have A LOT of questions. I spoke with an agent, Josh, today, who was not only very kind, but extremely knowledgeable about Fetch's offerings. He set me up with a wellness package that will work perfectly for my new life with a 4-legged companion. I am feeling excited and prepared for my pup's arrival. Thank you again for your help, Josh!

GBAWESOME Customer Care Gerrone was AWESOME! He answered all my questions and took great care to help and assist me with my inquiry. He was very conscientious and professional in his approach and really worked to help me with my beloved chihuahua, Sargent :) Certainly recommend calling the carrier should you need any help. My customer advocate, Gerrone, was patient, kind, and provided the utmost service! CAWe are new to the Fetch Family I had the pleasure of talking with Amanda Mellow on the phone. We were looking to change our carrier for Rascal. The company we are currently using was no longer meeting our needs. A friend recommended Fetch to us. Amanda was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
