GBIt’s a gamble! I realize insurance is a gamble. Recently, I was able to get refunds when unforeseen incidents occurred with my dogs. I think if the insurance would include some routine refunds, consumers would be inclined to buy it. Offering well benefits on top of unforeseen puts the cost way out of reach for many people. Incorporate routine into unforeseen to reach more consumers.

GBFirst Timer Questions I am getting my first puppy this week and have A LOT of questions. I spoke with an agent, Josh, today, who was not only very kind, but extremely knowledgeable about Fetch's offerings. GBPoor Customer Service The payment process was a mess, Fetch pet charged me twice and did not share the Policy Confirmation, I had to call them and made me wait more than 30 minutes, I used the chat and finally I got someone that helped me reviewing it, however she told me they never received the first payment!! Will have to dispute the first charge they made. I really hope this is the only bad experience I have with them.
