Laura went above and beyond reviewing all previous documents that we submitted making sure everything was in order. GBPoor Customer Service The payment process was a mess, Fetch pet charged me twice and did not share the Policy Confirmation, I had to call them and made me wait more than 30 minutes, I used the chat and finally I got someone that helped me reviewing it, however she told me they never received the first payment!! Will have to dispute the first charge they made. I really hope this is the only bad experience I have with them.

GBFirst Timer Questions I am getting my first puppy this week and have A LOT of questions. I spoke with an agent, Josh, today, who was not only very kind, but extremely knowledgeable about Fetch's offerings. He set me up with a wellness package that will work perfectly for my new life with a 4-legged companion. I am feeling excited and prepared for my pup's arrival. Thank you again for your help, Josh!

CAABSOLUTELY WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IVE… ABSOLUTELY WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! Full of hidden fees and policy’s that will work for them so they don’t approve your claim. I’ve talked to atleast 15 people who also have tried to use them, and none have got an approved. I BEG OF YOU, DO NOT USE THE FRAUD COMPANY
