I appreciate your assistant Samantha Jenkins! Every year my policy has been going up and it is concerning as I am on a budget but I absolutely want to have assistance if anything happens to my cat. Samantha was very nice and very patient explaining to me what could possibly make my plan more affordable. USER FRIENDLY Fetch is user friendly, especially for those more 'seasoned citizens' who have difficulty navigating complex websites. I could easily find what was needed and the email reminders are helpful.
