Second, I spoke with Cory today, April 10, 2024, who was also thorough in the additional information he provided before I ultimately purchased the policy. All in all both were very good customer service experiences.

GBWe had to use Roam Right twice over the… We had to use Roam Right twice over the years, first claim was easily handled, second was more difficult but appreciate that payment was made in both case. Am disappointed that now I am 76 years old I can no longer purchase your policy, had to go to another carreir.

GBTrustworthy company! We were in Italy last fall and my husband’s passport was stolen which delayed our return. Roam Right answered right away when my husband called. I could hear the customer service agent over the phone talking to my husband and walking him through what we needed to do. My anxiety immediately was calmed. We submitted our claim and were refunded almost all our losses. I won’t use any other company!
