Am disappointed that now I am 76 years old I can no longer purchase your policy, had to go to another carreir.

GBWe paid Rom Right premium in full when… We paid Rom Right premium in full when we paid for our trip, long in advance of departure to cover preexisting conditions. After trip was cancelled because of Covid danger, we received a refund from Roam Right for less than half our payment, essentially because we were “covered” for the period prior to our departure. We were covered for what, I question. This us why people question the value of trip insurance

I love Arch Insurance as I have used you before and I will continue to use you and highly recommend you to others. I believe your prices are very fair and your coverage is great! I appreciate how your Customer Service is there and you’re not put on hold forever! Whenever I have needed help in the past, it was prompt and excellent. All of the Customer Service people I have ever had to deal with at Arch has always been top-notch; Service, above and beyond! Thank you!

GBKnowledge and Patience Make a Difference Helen was extremely patient and helpful while we added numerous excursions, transfers, and hotel costs to multiple policies. She stayed on the call past 5:00 p.m. to make sure everything was included and allocated correctly. She takes customer service to a new level.

GBExcellent Service Provided I made two calls. First with Kayla on April 3, 2024. She was patient and thorough in answering my myriad of questions having never getting travel insurance before. Second, I spoke with Cory today, April 10, 2024, who was also thorough in the additional information he provided before I ultimately purchased the policy. All in all both were very good customer service experiences.
