Excellent Service Maureen Connell was excellent to work with from my initial questions to approval. She clearly explained everything, answered all my questions and made the process seamless. Big shout out to Maureen!! I also want to be sure you know that Andrea, the nurse from Apps that came to my house was extremely personable and professional.

At Wits End I am at my wits end with SBLI. Through repeated phone calls and a written policy surrender request I have made it clear that my term policy should terminate. Even though SBLI has acknowledged surrender of the policy and confirmed that the premiums are paid in full, I continue to receive Premium Due (and over due) invoices. I was told at one point by SBLI to ignore them, but they keep coming! Thanks for your response which suggests that you have taken steps to clarify your process. So, I must be just be confused. I have kept all of the documents sent and a timeline of my conversations with SBLI. All I wanted to do was to terminate a term policy. Crazy that I had to take affirmative steps to terminate a term policy anyway. The lesson for anyone interested in an SBLI term policy is that you have to spend considerable time and effort to actually terminate a term policy. It’s crazy. Thanks for the apology!
