GBMy agent, Jo-Anne Corcoran, was timely in connecting with me, courteous, knowledgeable, supportive, and consistently kindly in communicating and helping me navigate through this process. Customer Service was very helpful, the one time I called. I'm thankful my agent, Jo-Anne Corcoran, said she'll continue to be my agent even after the policy acceptance. I am apprehensive about "signing on-line". I would rather have used a hard copy to sign, as well as one to keep without having to print it off myself. I appreciate that your underwriters are thorough.
