SAFETY AND SECURITY ! Very happy. I’m 45 I obtained a $500,000 policy. SBLI made this pretty easy. I only had one snag in the process. When my medical records were obtained I had a pending procedure that was rescheduled. SBLI contacted me asked me the reason for the procedure. I explained it was routine and scheduled because I just turned 45. The next day SBLI issued my policy ! Great experience and it’s amazing knowing my kids have security if something happens to me.

My agent, Jo-Anne Corcoran, was timely in connecting with me, courteous, knowledgeable, supportive, and consistently kindly in communicating and helping me navigate through this process. Customer Service was very helpful, the one time I called. I'm thankful my agent, Jo-Anne Corcoran, said she'll continue to be my agent even after the policy acceptance. I am apprehensive about "signing on-line". I would rather have used a hard copy to sign, as well as one to keep without having to print it off myself. I appreciate that your underwriters are thorough.
