We DO NOT like Vault at all We DO NOT like Vault at all! Constant issues with coverage. Making changes is nearly impossible without aggravation and frustration. All communication must be done through your insurance broker. Furthermore, there is no online platform to confirm your coverage and verify information. Can’t wait to be rid of Vault!

Quick Response Quick response, no hassle…worked to help get the issue addressed. Couldn’t ask for much better. Very disappointed to learn that our coverage will now be dropped as they are exiting the market we are in.

Lost earring My wife lost one earring while at a luncheon club event. I notified Vault, got an estimate for the replacement earring from the jeweler who sold me the original pair, and we reimbursed by Vault all within about a two week period. The process was easy, pretty quick, and painless and required no "follow-up" or "prodding" calls or emails. I am very happy and completely satisfied with the results and the overall claims experience.

Golf size hail damaged our… Golf size hail damaged our roof-verified by two independent engineers and two roof contractors. Vault refuses to pay the claim. Then cancelled us. We have major damage inside our house now because the roof damage was not repaired and is now leaking inside. Shame on VAULT. Don't believe their hype.

From start to finish I can not say enough things about him. He was so kind, knowledgeable, patient (from me rambling), understanding, thorough, very very prompt on correspondence, informative, we just thank him enough for how amazing he was to us. I truly believe that ALL insurance companies should learn a lot from how great this man is and how he conducts him self. Best professional in any experience I’ve had in my life came from this great, great man. Again Derek you simply are the best. Thanks a million, gazillion times sir.
