USWe DO NOT like Vault at all We DO NOT like Vault at all! Constant issues with coverage. Making changes is nearly impossible without aggravation and frustration. All communication must be done through your insurance broker. Furthermore, there is no online platform to confirm your coverage and verify information. Can’t wait to be rid of Vault!

USGolf size hail damaged our… Golf size hail damaged our roof-verified by two independent engineers and two roof contractors. Vault refuses to pay the claim. Then cancelled us. We have major damage inside our house now because the roof damage was not repaired and is now leaking inside. Shame on VAULT. Don't believe their hype.
