We had our handyman fix that for obvious reasons Vault tried to use that against us a pre existing condition. USOur insurance adjust is Derek Franks Our insurance adjust is Derek Franks. This man is simply an amazing man. This was a horrible unfortunate water event in our home. From start to finish I can not say enough things about him. He was so kind, knowledgeable, patient (from me rambling), understanding, thorough, very very prompt on correspondence, informative, we just thank him enough for how amazing he was to us. I truly believe that ALL insurance companies should learn a lot from how great this man is and how he conducts him self. Had heard nightmare stories from other hurricane victims about the treatment by their insurance co’s . Not by the vault. They were very reasonable and did the right thing by us.
