I believe that Vault is the best… I believe that Vault is the best insurance company there is. From the beginning to the end it has been amazing. I highly, highly recommend them.

Everything has been excellent Everything has been excellent from just after the hurricane Ian hit, and you contacted us. We were at our home in Norway at that time, returned to Cape Coral in Florida by November 1st. You answered telephone calls and emails immediately. The adjuster did an excellent job before we returned to Florida, and we got the payment right after. Nothing could have been better. We are impressed.

The drying and clean up company arrived just a couple of hours after we called to place a claim. The Vault representatives were in contact with us continuously. The insurance adjuster quickly prepared his estimate, and we received our check just three weeks after reporting the claim. They were truly great.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE Words can’t describe how great of experience it was working with Vault. They made my insurance company look like dog food. Matt Hughes, my point of contact, was exceptional. They should clone him and deployed him at other locations- honestly. I could not have been happier. I am actually looking at switching from present insurance company to Vault because of my experiences with Matt and Vault!

We DO NOT like Vault at all We DO NOT like Vault at all! Constant issues with coverage. Making changes is nearly impossible without aggravation and frustration. All communication must be done through your insurance broker. Furthermore, there is no online platform to confirm your coverage and verify information. Can’t wait to be rid of Vault!
