AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE Words can’t describe how great of experience it was working with Vault. They made my insurance company look like dog food. Matt Hughes, my point of contact, was exceptional. They should clone him and deployed him at other locations- honestly. I could not have been happier. I am actually looking at switching from present insurance company to Vault because of my experiences with Matt and Vault!

From start to finish I can not say enough things about him. He was so kind, knowledgeable, patient (from me rambling), understanding, thorough, very very prompt on correspondence, informative, we just thank him enough for how amazing he was to us. I truly believe that ALL insurance companies should learn a lot from how great this man is and how he conducts him self. Lost diamond from Linda’s wedding ring. Linda lost the marquis diamond off her wedding ring when our dog jumped on her and dislodged it. It fell into the snow and we never found it. This was 3 years ago. She finally gave up looking for it and we filed a claim with Vault under the jewelry policy where it was listed along with its appraisal. Vault paid for the new diamond with no problem. Thanks!!! Her ring now looks great!

Quick Response Quick response, no hassle…worked to help get the issue addressed. Couldn’t ask for much better. Very disappointed to learn that our coverage will now be dropped as they are exiting the market we are in.

I believe that Vault is the best… I believe that Vault is the best insurance company there is. From the beginning to the end it has been amazing. I highly, highly recommend them.
