We were at our home in Norway at that time, returned to Cape Coral in Florida by November 1st. You answered telephone calls and emails immediately. GBLost diamond from Linda’s wedding ring. Linda lost the marquis diamond off her wedding ring when our dog jumped on her and dislodged it. It fell into the snow and we never found it. This was 3 years ago. She finally gave up looking for it and we filed a claim with Vault under the jewelry policy where it was listed along with its appraisal. Vault paid for the new diamond with no problem. Thanks!!! Her ring now looks great!
