GBWe have a water damage loss on 4/2/2023… We have a water damage loss on 4/2/2023 - Vault hired a terrible demo company, so we ended up with a huge mold problem. it is now 12/19/2023. The 2nd demo company has NOT been paid, and the restoration company has NOT been paid. The restoration work is stopped because they aren't getting paid. Estimate was submitted in early August - it's now mid-December and Vault has NOT even reviewed their estimate, or called them to review it. I get promises for updates each week that are pushed to the following week. complete run around

GBRoof damage claim that took forever Our roof damage claim was denied after several months of brutal storms where tiles went flying. We had interior home roof leaks. We had our handyman fix that for obvious reasons Vault tried to use that against us a pre existing condition. GBEverything has been excellent Everything has been excellent from just after the hurricane Ian hit, and you contacted us. We were at our home in Norway at that time, returned to Cape Coral in Florida by November 1st. You answered telephone calls and emails immediately. The adjuster did an excellent job before we returned to Florida, and we got the payment right after. Nothing could have been better. We are impressed.

GBGolf size hail damaged our… Golf size hail damaged our roof-verified by two independent engineers and two roof contractors. Vault refuses to pay the claim. Then cancelled us. We have major damage inside our house now because the roof damage was not repaired and is now leaking inside. Shame on VAULT. Don't believe their hype.
