Initially handling the claim from Europe and then finalizing things in the following months was made pleasingly simple, mostly I believe, by Christopher Smith. Very professional and efficient.

We were at our home in Norway at that time, returned to Cape Coral in Florida by November 1st. You answered telephone calls and emails immediately.
