Golf size hail damaged our… Golf size hail damaged our roof-verified by two independent engineers and two roof contractors. Vault refuses to pay the claim. Then cancelled us. We have major damage inside our house now because the roof damage was not repaired and is now leaking inside. Shame on VAULT. Don't believe their hype.

From start to finish I can not say enough things about him. He was so kind, knowledgeable, patient (from me rambling), understanding, thorough, very very prompt on correspondence, informative, we just thank him enough for how amazing he was to us. I truly believe that ALL insurance companies should learn a lot from how great this man is and how he conducts him self.
