GBWe DO NOT like Vault at all We DO NOT like Vault at all! Constant issues with coverage. Making changes is nearly impossible without aggravation and frustration. All communication must be done through your insurance broker. Furthermore, there is no online platform to confirm your coverage and verify information. Can’t wait to be rid of Vault!

Matt Hughes, my point of contact, was exceptional. They should clone him and deployed him at other locations- honestly. I could not have been happier. I am actually looking at switching from present insurance company to Vault because of my experiences with Matt and Vault!
