Once I submitted my information, I received an e-mail to tell how my claim will review from the review team. After about 2 weeks, I received an update by e-mail. UScustomer services have greatly… customer services have greatly declined. Had to get anyone online and responses take too long. once you buy the insurance no one seems to care to follow up other than for survey.
