Quest was our travel company and and Quest is 100% nonrefundable, which is why we purchased the insurance. After sending all kinds of documents to TravelEx requesting a refund I have still not heard from them. Still unsure if we will be getting a refund. That trip was a lot of money and we were unable to go for circumstances way beyond our control.
