GBVery good claim process—additional comment— Filing a claim due to a cancelled trip was easy to do. Filling out the claim form and downloading the necessary documents was also very easy. Communications regarding needed data was via email. The only complaint I have was that communication throughout the review process was nonexistent. It would have been good to get a weekly update on the status of the claim review. My claim was fully covered and the money was direct deposited into my bank account.

GBTravelex refunded promptly Travelex promptly refunded the cost of cancelling our trip after one of us came down with COVID-19. No questions were asked after we submitted our documentation. We were worried that it would take much longer than just one week. We would use them again.

GBNot that you had anything to do with… Not that you had anything to do with the fact that I didn't have to use the benefits of my travel insurance. But I've used other travel insurance and am still waiting for a refund after 6 months after I filed a claim. My roomate has long haul COVID and wasn't able to go, therefore we canceled about 45 days before we were to leave. She's been paid out, I'm still fighting for mine.

GBcustomer services have greatly… customer services have greatly declined. Had to get anyone online and responses take too long. once you buy the insurance no one seems to care to follow up other than for survey.
