GBcustomer service, website couldn't figure out how to name a beneficiary on a travel/flight accident policy. emailed the company customer service re 'help', no reply.

GBExcellent coverage and review of loss. I insures an Antarctic trip taken January 2022, which was terminated early due to Covid on board. I was informed I has 1 year to submit claim with all the documentation for lost day (10% of trip), submitted it 8-9 months after the fact. Claimed reviewed with 4 weeks, and paid the lost 10%. No fuss, no muss. Only travel company I use now.

GBTravelex refunded promptly Travelex promptly refunded the cost of cancelling our trip after one of us came down with COVID-19. No questions were asked after we submitted our documentation. We were worried that it would take much longer than just one week. We would use them again.
