I needed to make changes to my policy… I needed to make changes to my policy due to work conditions while overseas. The communication delays and general difficulty in connecting with a person as well as Travelex policy on changes made this difficult. My work changes quickly and I need to be able to make changes to my policy easily.

customer services have greatly… customer services have greatly declined. Had to get anyone online and responses take too long. once you buy the insurance no one seems to care to follow up other than for survey.

Optional Coverages Called and was given a very reasonable quote, was not forced to cover our entire trip which was very expensive, but was given the option of insuring for the minimum. Very much appreciated. Appreciate your user friendly website! We are now back from our trip to Antarctica and we had a wonderful trip! No claim from Travelex was necessary, thank goodness!

What made my Travelex experience great… What made my Travelex experience great was the service I received when making my arrangements...The agent found my previous policy and moved efficiently to prepare exactly what I wanted this time, based on the earlier one.
