GBEvery time I have dealt with anyone… Every time I have dealt with anyone from customer service, it has been the best experience I’ve ever had in my work career or personal life. Their staff is well informed and gives you answers you ask for and deal with your issues immediately. The process on anything that you fill out is led through their AI and such a great way you don’t have any questions when you’re done. I appreciate how Figo takes care of their business and customers.

GBYou won’t be sorry using Figo pet insurance. Figo pet insurance is great. I submitted a claim on Wednesday April 24th and a few days later the claim was closed and the reimbursement was in my account. I would recommend Figo pet insurance to anyone looking for pet insurance. You will not be disappointed.

GBJust switched over to Figo Pet… Just switched over to Figo Pet insurance for my 2 dogs. Filled a claim two weeks later, got a quick reply and they paid my claim within a few hours. Can't ask for more!! 5 stars.

GBBittersweet The claims are processed quickly, but many things are not covered. It is affordable, but ultimately not great if you're looking for a broad net of coverage. Also, there is a 14 day probation period when you first sign up, so do not schedule a vet appointment during this time... they'll say any findings were "pre-existing".
