Compassionate company After losing two dogs a rep who I spoke with showed compassion and went above and beyond to support me during a difficult time. His care in following up with me every step of the way during my claim process and the companies respect truly made a bad situation easier.

It's been a year and Figo is the best pet insurance! It's been a year and Figo is the best! Being a Costco member, my home and auto has been through Costco for over 20 years. So it was a no brainer to insure my pet through Costco's preferred carrier for pet insurance. Aside from the affordable rate, the service, and ease of claims is second to none. The app is also well put together and simple to use. I can't say enough good things about Figo and have referred many friends to Figo.

Great Customer Service I shopped for insurance when we got out puppy. Most are close to the same, but when I had questions, the rep from Figo seemed to be better at answering my questions. I enrolled in the full insurance. Entered my first claim for wellness visit and the very next morning it was processed!

Thought a lot of the stuff was covered… Thought a lot of the stuff was covered and 90 % get sent back but other then that it's easy to do and understand

Quality Pet Insurance Solid pet insurance. The claims process has always been easy and claim payments occur quickly with direct deposit into my account. The only thing I would like to see improved is the wellness benefits. It would be great to have a set amount per year that can be used on any wellness services, the exam fee and vaccination benefits don't even cover 1/2 of the out-of-pocket costs while other benefits will never be utilized.
