GBGreat Customer Service I shopped for insurance when we got out puppy. Most are close to the same, but when I had questions, the rep from Figo seemed to be better at answering my questions. GBI have 6 dogs and all are insured with… I have 6 dogs and all are insured with Figo. Last year one of my dogs got hurt and we put our insurance to the test. $6000 worth of tests on my dog and Figo came though promptly with my reimbursements. GBI have paid for FIGO for a year with… I have paid for FIGO for a year with zero return for my two dogs. The moment I call to inquire about anything I am told - that is not in your policy. So - I am not really understanding what is in my policy - seems like a lot of money wasted until perhaps my dogs have a devastation.

GBIt's been a year and Figo is the best pet insurance! It's been a year and Figo is the best! Being a Costco member, my home and auto has been through Costco for over 20 years. So it was a no brainer to insure my pet through Costco's preferred carrier for pet insurance. Aside from the affordable rate, the service, and ease of claims is second to none. The app is also well put together and simple to use. I can't say enough good things about Figo and have referred many friends to Figo.
