GBIt's been a year and Figo is the best pet insurance! It's been a year and Figo is the best! Being a Costco member, my home and auto has been through Costco for over 20 years. So it was a no brainer to insure my pet through Costco's preferred carrier for pet insurance. Aside from the affordable rate, the service, and ease of claims is second to none. The app is also well put together and simple to use. I can't say enough good things about Figo and have referred many friends to Figo.

Their staff is well informed and gives you answers you ask for and deal with your issues immediately. The process on anything that you fill out is led through their AI and such a great way you don’t have any questions when you’re done. I appreciate how Figo takes care of their business and customers.

GBBittersweet The claims are processed quickly, but many things are not covered. It is affordable, but ultimately not great if you're looking for a broad net of coverage. Also, there is a 14 day probation period when you first sign up, so do not schedule a vet appointment during this time... they'll say any findings were "pre-existing".
