GBGreat Customer Service I shopped for insurance when we got out puppy. Most are close to the same, but when I had questions, the rep from Figo seemed to be better at answering my questions. I enrolled in the full insurance. Entered my first claim for wellness visit and the very next morning it was processed!

GBJust switched over to Figo Pet… Just switched over to Figo Pet insurance for my 2 dogs. Filled a claim two weeks later, got a quick reply and they paid my claim within a few hours. Can't ask for more!! 5 stars.

GBCompassionate company After losing two dogs a rep who I spoke with showed compassion and went above and beyond to support me during a difficult time. His care in following up with me every step of the way during my claim process and the companies respect truly made a bad situation easier.

GBBittersweet The claims are processed quickly, but many things are not covered. It is affordable, but ultimately not great if you're looking for a broad net of coverage. Also, there is a 14 day probation period when you first sign up, so do not schedule a vet appointment during this time... they'll say any findings were "pre-existing".
