Quality Pet Insurance Solid pet insurance. The claims process has always been easy and claim payments occur quickly with direct deposit into my account. The only thing I would like to see improved is the wellness benefits. It would be great to have a set amount per year that can be used on any wellness services, the exam fee and vaccination benefits don't even cover 1/2 of the out-of-pocket costs while other benefits will never be utilized.

Turn around so quick it made my head spin I was able to quickly submit my insurance claim to Figo and was pleased with how fast I was reimbursed. Thank you.

Essential for covering my young dog's disease I never needed insurance with my first dog but it has been essential in affording care for my new dog who was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease around 8 months after I adopted him and has a lot of tests and specialist vet visits. Fido is fast and transparent and covered over $5000 in the first year. I hope they will continue to be this good as I work to get an effective treatment for my dog's weight loss.

My dog had an emergency room visit… My dog had an emergency room visit because part of a wooden deck got impaled in her paw and it was quickly infected. The ER sent paperwork, my vet for her follow-up sent paperwork. I got copies of the paperwork and submitted them myself and I was told they couldn't reimburse because we didn't send the paperwork. If I have to work that hard and still get no coverage, I'm not interested.
