GBMy dog had an emergency room visit… My dog had an emergency room visit because part of a wooden deck got impaled in her paw and it was quickly infected. The ER sent paperwork, my vet for her follow-up sent paperwork. I got copies of the paperwork and submitted them myself and I was told they couldn't reimburse because we didn't send the paperwork. If I have to work that hard and still get no coverage, I'm not interested.

GBQuality Pet Insurance Solid pet insurance. The claims process has always been easy and claim payments occur quickly with direct deposit into my account. The only thing I would like to see improved is the wellness benefits. It would be great to have a set amount per year that can be used on any wellness services, the exam fee and vaccination benefits don't even cover 1/2 of the out-of-pocket costs while other benefits will never be utilized.

GBThought a lot of the stuff was covered… Thought a lot of the stuff was covered and 90 % get sent back but other then that it's easy to do and understand

GBI have 6 dogs and all are insured with… I have 6 dogs and all are insured with Figo. Last year one of my dogs got hurt and we put our insurance to the test. $6000 worth of tests on my dog and Figo came though promptly with my reimbursements. Definitely reduced the financial stress so I could focus on getting my boy fixed up. Thank you Figo
