GBNO ICE:… This review is for my Frigidaire refrigerator. The repairman was very good at letting me know approximately when he would arrive. He quickly found the problem while my icemaker isn't working. Parts would have to be ordered , thus a return visit is necessary. I look forward to having ice again in the near future.

GBQuick response to your problems! This reviwe is not by Lowell Walker. My name is Carol Ebling Choice Warranty was quick to send a repairman for my broken washer. Michael worked very hard and got my washer working after 2 visits. However I'm concerned that my washer is making a very loud noise when it spins. I hope it's just the new parts....we'll see.

GBFor the recent issues I had with my AC… For the recent issues I had with my AC and Dryer, I was pleased that the techs were assigned within a few days. Dryer part was fixed during that visit. During my AC visit I was told the issue was with my damper, which I learned was not covered with my warranty plan. I did end up working with the company/tech they had assigned and paid out of pocket.

GB6 Weeks and Still No Technician Assigned I put in a claim for a ceiling fan that stopped working. The claim was submitted on March 14. Today is April 30, I have made multiple phone calls and sent several messages through the online claims portal, and they keep telling me they will contact me when a technician is assigned.
