GB6 Weeks and Still No Technician Assigned I put in a claim for a ceiling fan that stopped working. The claim was submitted on March 14. Today is April 30, I have made multiple phone calls and sent several messages through the online claims portal, and they keep telling me they will contact me when a technician is assigned.

GBQuick response to your problems! This reviwe is not by Lowell Walker. My name is Carol Ebling Choice Warranty was quick to send a repairman for my broken washer. Michael worked very hard and got my washer working after 2 visits. However I'm concerned that my washer is making a very loud noise when it spins. I hope it's just the new parts....we'll see.

GBwater heater outage My water heater quit working and it was five days later before the plumbers came (4-27-04). CHW approved for a replacement but it was two days later before the plumbers came back from Dallas and picked it up and installed it. No way to get a customer service to answer at CHW. I've used them for years but I will not be renewing my contract.

GBGood experience I was very satisfied with my whole experience with Choice. They were easy to reach by phone, and the call backs were timely and courteous. They kept me apprised of the service schedule in a timely manner. The plumber they sent was very knowledgeable and courteousl
