Good technician who was able to fix the… Good technician who was able to fix the problem on the first visit. However, we have to wait for 4 days for the appointment, longer than expected. The appointment covered a very wide range, I wish it woudl be narrower.

water heater outage My water heater quit working and it was five days later before the plumbers came (4-27-04). CHW approved for a replacement but it was two days later before the plumbers came back from Dallas and picked it up and installed it. No way to get a customer service to answer at CHW. I've used them for years but I will not be renewing my contract.

Our AC went out Our AC went out. We called that evening and we had it reparied before noon the next day CHW had a tech contact us in less than an hour

Avoid This Home Warranty I wish I would have researched this company more before paying for a home warranty. Once my experience started to seem sketchy I found others complaining about this company and how unlikely it is for them to cover repairs. So I've canceled the warranty and they claimed a refund will be sent. I called their customer service line to explain the original account used to set up the warranty can't receive the refund and their service rep hung up on me. Hopefully you do your due diligence on this company before purchasing a warranty.

For the recent issues I had with my AC… For the recent issues I had with my AC and Dryer, I was pleased that the techs were assigned within a few days. Dryer part was fixed during that visit. During my AC visit I was told the issue was with my damper, which I learned was not covered with my warranty plan. I did end up working with the company/tech they had assigned and paid out of pocket.
