GBI called Choice to fix my dryer which…keep needing repairs I called Choice to fix my dryer which was not turning on, Choice sent " Fix it Fast Appliance Repair LLC " they arrived on schedule, in fact earlier as they were ahead of schedule, the technician checked out my dryer, finding several things wrong, as the dryer was 26 years old, stated too many things to fix....I talked to Cynthia who explained what this report meant and the procedure Choice goes through....it was very helpful as I was completely confused and stressed out Cynthia with Fix it Fast is a great company, can't say enough about their customer service!!!! Choice sent out a great company to service the dryer.....we got the problem fixed!!!!!!

GBAvoid This Home Warranty I wish I would have researched this company more before paying for a home warranty. Once my experience started to seem sketchy I found others complaining about this company and how unlikely it is for them to cover repairs. So I've canceled the warranty and they claimed a refund will be sent. I called their customer service line to explain the original account used to set up the warranty can't receive the refund and their service rep hung up on me. Hopefully you do your due diligence on this company before purchasing a warranty.

GBBeen trying to get the electricity… Been trying to get the electricity problems fixed for 12 months. The individual sent Dallas Champions via CHOICE diagnosed the problem perfectly and fixed what three other companies failed to do. Choice is my choice !

GB6 Weeks and Still No Technician Assigned I put in a claim for a ceiling fan that stopped working. The claim was submitted on March 14. Today is April 30, I have made multiple phone calls and sent several messages through the online claims portal, and they keep telling me they will contact me when a technician is assigned.
