NO ICE:… This review is for my Frigidaire refrigerator. The repairman was very good at letting me know approximately when he would arrive. He quickly found the problem while my icemaker isn't working. Parts would have to be ordered , thus a return visit is necessary. I look forward to having ice again in the near future.

For the recent issues I had with my AC… For the recent issues I had with my AC and Dryer, I was pleased that the techs were assigned within a few days. Dryer part was fixed during that visit. During my AC visit I was told the issue was with my damper, which I learned was not covered with my warranty plan. I did end up working with the company/tech they had assigned and paid out of pocket.

If you're talking about the electric… If you're talking about the electric system it still is not working correctly. This time it took out the entire room I don't know if this is related but one of the air conditioning units went out too. I've called it in as this is a recall and haven't received any response.

I called Choice to fix my dryer which…keep needing repairs I called Choice to fix my dryer which was not turning on, Choice sent " Fix it Fast Appliance Repair LLC " they arrived on schedule, in fact earlier as they were ahead of schedule, the technician checked out my dryer, finding several things wrong, as the dryer was 26 years old, stated too many things to fix....I talked to Cynthia who explained what this report meant and the procedure Choice goes through....it was very helpful as I was completely confused and stressed out Cynthia with Fix it Fast is a great company, can't say enough about their customer service!!!! Choice sent out a great company to service the dryer.....we got the problem fixed!!!!!!

Avoid This Home Warranty I wish I would have researched this company more before paying for a home warranty. Once my experience started to seem sketchy I found others complaining about this company and how unlikely it is for them to cover repairs. So I've canceled the warranty and they claimed a refund will be sent. I called their customer service line to explain the original account used to set up the warranty can't receive the refund and their service rep hung up on me. Hopefully you do your due diligence on this company before purchasing a warranty.
