GB6 Weeks and Still No Technician Assigned I put in a claim for a ceiling fan that stopped working. The claim was submitted on March 14. Today is April 30, I have made multiple phone calls and sent several messages through the online claims portal, and they keep telling me they will contact me when a technician is assigned.

GBFinally called in and let Warranty solution to canceled my Choice home warranty Today is the happiest of my life I have called choice home warranty but it took me three hours just to cancelled my warranty policy number 326696163. This is the worst warranty ever I would or will never ever associate or buy this carbage warranty. They told me that they will cancelled it but they were surely try to have me stay with them but hell to the no. Their customer service sucks. When my washer was down it took them one month or more to finally send me replacement by giving me money but the money they gave will never be able to buy one washing machine. Most of the claim that Iput in they always find a loophole trying not to pay the service because it was on warranty so look out for this fake warranty . Good bye worst warranty I’mglad I’m not part-of your worst warrant. Thank god

GBGood technician who was able to fix the… Good technician who was able to fix the problem on the first visit. However, we have to wait for 4 days for the appointment, longer than expected. The appointment covered a very wide range, I wish it woudl be narrower.

GBBeen trying to get the electricity… Been trying to get the electricity problems fixed for 12 months. The individual sent Dallas Champions via CHOICE diagnosed the problem perfectly and fixed what three other companies failed to do. Choice is my choice !

GBI called Choice to fix my dryer which…keep needing repairs I called Choice to fix my dryer which was not turning on, Choice sent " Fix it Fast Appliance Repair LLC " they arrived on schedule, in fact earlier as they were ahead of schedule, the technician checked out my dryer, finding several things wrong, as the dryer was 26 years old, stated too many things to fix....I talked to Cynthia who explained what this report meant and the procedure Choice goes through....it was very helpful as I was completely confused and stressed out Cynthia with Fix it Fast is a great company, can't say enough about their customer service!!!! Choice sent out a great company to service the dryer.....we got the problem fixed!!!!!!
