Can't say enough about Choice Home Warranty's sales rep! Can't say enough about Choice Home Warranty's sales rep Brandon Jones! A sales rep you don't mind talking to! Available, courteous, knowledgeable, patient and efficient! As a multi-year, multi-home customer, he was very willing to work with me to find the best coverage, term and price to suit my needs! I have had other home warranty companies in the past that have not come near the coverage vs. price as Choice does! Regarding their service response, I especially like the ability, with their approval, to contact local service providers as I live out in the country and often times I can find a serviceman quicker than Choice! Something most companies don't offer!

Quick response to your problems! This reviwe is not by Lowell Walker. My name is Carol Ebling Choice Warranty was quick to send a repairman for my broken washer. Michael worked very hard and got my washer working after 2 visits. However I'm concerned that my washer is making a very loud noise when it spins. I hope it's just the new parts....we'll see.

Good technician who was able to fix the… Good technician who was able to fix the problem on the first visit. However, we have to wait for 4 days for the appointment, longer than expected. The appointment covered a very wide range, I wish it woudl be narrower.

NO ICE:… This review is for my Frigidaire refrigerator. The repairman was very good at letting me know approximately when he would arrive. He quickly found the problem while my icemaker isn't working. Parts would have to be ordered , thus a return visit is necessary. I look forward to having ice again in the near future.
