6 Weeks and Still No Technician Assigned I put in a claim for a ceiling fan that stopped working. The claim was submitted on March 14. Today is April 30, I have made multiple phone calls and sent several messages through the online claims portal, and they keep telling me they will contact me when a technician is assigned.

Available, courteous, knowledgeable, patient and efficient! As a multi-year, multi-home customer, he was very willing to work with me to find the best coverage, term and price to suit my needs! I have had other home warranty companies in the past that have not come near the coverage vs. price as Choice does! Regarding their service response, I especially like the ability, with their approval, to contact local service providers as I live out in the country and often times I can find a serviceman quicker than Choice! Something most companies don't offer!
