GBNO ICE:… This review is for my Frigidaire refrigerator. The repairman was very good at letting me know approximately when he would arrive. He quickly found the problem while my icemaker isn't working. Parts would have to be ordered , thus a return visit is necessary. I look forward to having ice again in the near future.

GBwater heater outage My water heater quit working and it was five days later before the plumbers came (4-27-04). CHW approved for a replacement but it was two days later before the plumbers came back from Dallas and picked it up and installed it. No way to get a customer service to answer at CHW. I've used them for years but I will not be renewing my contract.

GBIf you're talking about the electric… If you're talking about the electric system it still is not working correctly. This time it took out the entire room I don't know if this is related but one of the air conditioning units went out too. I've called it in as this is a recall and haven't received any response.

GB6 Weeks and Still No Technician Assigned I put in a claim for a ceiling fan that stopped working. The claim was submitted on March 14. Today is April 30, I have made multiple phone calls and sent several messages through the online claims portal, and they keep telling me they will contact me when a technician is assigned.
