Michael worked very hard and got my washer working after 2 visits. However I'm concerned that my washer is making a very loud noise when it spins. I hope it's just the new parts....we'll see.

GBFinally called in and let Warranty solution to canceled my Choice home warranty Today is the happiest of my life I have called choice home warranty but it took me three hours just to cancelled my warranty policy number 326696163. This is the worst warranty ever I would or will never ever associate or buy this carbage warranty. They told me that they will cancelled it but they were surely try to have me stay with them but hell to the no. Their customer service sucks. When my washer was down it took them one month or more to finally send me replacement by giving me money but the money they gave will never be able to buy one washing machine. Most of the claim that Iput in they always find a loophole trying not to pay the service because it was on warranty so look out for this fake warranty . Good bye worst warranty I’mglad I’m not part-of your worst warrant. Thank god

GBCan't say enough about Choice Home Warranty's sales rep! Can't say enough about Choice Home Warranty's sales rep Brandon Jones! A sales rep you don't mind talking to! Available, courteous, knowledgeable, patient and efficient! As a multi-year, multi-home customer, he was very willing to work with me to find the best coverage, term and price to suit my needs! I have had other home warranty companies in the past that have not come near the coverage vs. price as Choice does! Regarding their service response, I especially like the ability, with their approval, to contact local service providers as I live out in the country and often times I can find a serviceman quicker than Choice! Something most companies don't offer!

GBThe repair man was very good The repair man was very good. However your decision to give me Lowes gift cards for one third of the replacement cost is not acceptable. According to our agreement you would fix or replace the unit, not giving me gift cards.
