I was greatful that I could talk to a… I was greatful that I could talk to a nurse online while I was at work. I was able to get the medications I needed to help me. Then the next day the nurse reached out to me to see how I was doing and I was still not feeling good and she was asking me what was going on and was able to call another Rx in. I'm feeling much much better now and I didn't have to miss work to go to a Drs. Office.

It needs to be more people friendly… It needs to be more people friendly when trying to find a generic brand replacement.

DON'T FALL FOR IT DON'T FALL FOR IT! As an individual that has SANA "insurance" through my employer (2 years in), it is the absolute WORST and hardest to navigate. I should not have to invite my provider to accept the "insurance". I should not have to contact Sana every week trying to make sure that my procedure is going to be covered. I should not have to worry and have added stress by having to make sure that Sana team members are doing their job. I should not have to worry about receiving a huge bill after going to the doctor or imaging not be covered because I didn't use the SANA preferred third party. You need to tell people this! You are not transparent when selling your "insurance". By the way, these aren't standard PPO Insurance plans, it's MANAGED CARE!

From our vast experience - the best! We've been a part of many healthcare plans, but no one compares to what we've experienced with Sana. From timeliness of claims to working with us when claims are denied to get us the maximum benefit, we have nothing but good things to say. It's actually fun to brag about Sana to others! :)

Crystal was amazing! Crystal was amazing to work with. Answered all my questions and then some. Very pleasant and well knowledged. She responded to me in a timely manner and set up meeting for the next day so we could talk through the questions I had. She followed up with email summarizing what we had talked about and provided links for me to share with employees.
