Crystal was amazing! Crystal was amazing to work with. Answered all my questions and then some. Very pleasant and well knowledged. She responded to me in a timely manner and set up meeting for the next day so we could talk through the questions I had. She followed up with email summarizing what we had talked about and provided links for me to share with employees.

Needs to be managed better Although Sana has a great concept going when it comes to health care they can't seem to manage what's going on. It's now taking 3 1/2 months for an employee to receive an EOB and I have 2 employees who had their medical bills go to collections because Sana was taking their sweet time trying to get things figured out. Keep in mind, all of these claims that went to collections were from 5/23 and 8/23. We value our employees way to much to renew for another year with Sana. PLEASE make sure you do ALL your homework before giving them a try.......they make everything sound easy and great.

It needs to be more people friendly… It needs to be more people friendly when trying to find a generic brand replacement.

Providers refuse Sana Difficult to find providers that will accept Sana. Will not even make an appointment if I " self pay".

My PCP can't get anyone to answer the… My PCP can't get anyone to answer the phone and see if my benefits are available and if they're in network. SANA also does not cover weight loss surgery, so far I'm very disappointed with SANA and don't see things being better anytime soon.
