My PCP can't get anyone to answer the… My PCP can't get anyone to answer the phone and see if my benefits are available and if they're in network. SANA also does not cover weight loss surgery, so far I'm very disappointed with SANA and don't see things being better anytime soon.

Then the next day the nurse reached out to me to see how I was doing and I was still not feeling good and she was asking me what was going on and was able to call another Rx in. I'm feeling much much better now and I didn't have to miss work to go to a Drs. Office.
