Sana has been a GREAT choice for us Transitioning to Sana was a huge leap for us. We were used to being insured with the major health insurance companies. After having Sana the last two years, we are very happy we made the change. Not only are we saving money, but the Sana customer service is amazing. I am very confident to have our staff contact Sana if they have questions. Not only that, but their website & dashboard are very easy to use. The renewal process has been easy too. I would highly recommend Sana.

Crystal was amazing! Crystal was amazing to work with. Answered all my questions and then some. Very pleasant and well knowledged. She responded to me in a timely manner and set up meeting for the next day so we could talk through the questions I had. She followed up with email summarizing what we had talked about and provided links for me to share with employees.

DON'T FALL FOR IT DON'T FALL FOR IT! As an individual that has SANA "insurance" through my employer (2 years in), it is the absolute WORST and hardest to navigate. I should not have to invite my provider to accept the "insurance". I should not have to contact Sana every week trying to make sure that my procedure is going to be covered. I should not have to worry and have added stress by having to make sure that Sana team members are doing their job. I should not have to worry about receiving a huge bill after going to the doctor or imaging not be covered because I didn't use the SANA preferred third party. You need to tell people this! You are not transparent when selling your "insurance". By the way, these aren't standard PPO Insurance plans, it's MANAGED CARE!

Providers refuse Sana Difficult to find providers that will accept Sana. Will not even make an appointment if I " self pay".

Outstanding This is the first time I can recall where I have something positive to say about a healthcare provider. The experience has been simple and allows me to access care efficiently. I don't have to waste time on the nightmare that is larger insurance companies. Best of all, it's cheaper!
