Very Helpful Recently moved to S.C where insurance is quite different than Fl. My associate searched several companies and configured the policy to best fit my needs. He was very helpful and I am glad that I used them.

Great job after I complained David did an excellent job! Unfortunately, I called in 5 times before someone competent would help me. I have 2 about to be 3 property insurance products through homeinsurance.com. One would think, a loyal customer would be treated well. I had to complain to a supervisor, Stanley to get to David.

OK but process could be improved I would have preferred to receive some actual quotes even if they are rather generic) rather than simply a list of insurers to try followed by a bombardment of phone calls and e-mails. Actual quotes would have allowed me to do some comparison and choose one or two I would like further information from. The way it is set up right now is basically the same as simply 'Googling' insurance companies with the added hassle of the aforementioned 'bombardment'

DO NOT USE HOMEOWNERS. COM They are a horrible company. I got a quote and did NOT want the coverage. They took the money out of my escrow account anyway! Kenneth Runyan is the agent I dealt with. He will not call me back.
