GBToo much work The whole point of shopping online is that I would only have to punch in my info ONCE. Instead, you do it once for Homeownersinsurance, then you have to fill out the application again for EVERY insurance company they suggest. I just want a quote, not an application. Don't use this.

GBGreat job after I complained David did an excellent job! Unfortunately, I called in 5 times before someone competent would help me. I have 2 about to be 3 property insurance products through homeinsurance.com. One would think, a loyal customer would be treated well. I had to complain to a supervisor, Stanley to get to David.

GBOK but process could be improved I would have preferred to receive some actual quotes even if they are rather generic) rather than simply a list of insurers to try followed by a bombardment of phone calls and e-mails. Actual quotes would have allowed me to do some comparison and choose one or two I would like further information from. The way it is set up right now is basically the same as simply 'Googling' insurance companies with the added hassle of the aforementioned 'bombardment'

GBToo much pressure to sell the policy instead of appreciating the problem statemenmt Great service, good price but looked like the agent has too much pressure to sell the policy, he was hell bound on generating the policy #, looks like his bonus depends on how many policy #s are generated, irrespective of whether they stay as customer or not
