If something goes wrong, you're on your own The agent I spoke with worked hard and I have a great rate on both of my Auto & Homeowners Policy. Once I finalized everything with her, I was unable to speak with her again....was always given some excuse. When they weren't able to answer my questions they told me to call my new insurance but my new insurance said that Homeinsurance.com didn't release my policy to them and couldn't help me until they did. Lots of back and forth and no one seemed to know what to do. I spoke to a Mitch and he said there was something wrong but he couldn't tell me what it was, wouldn't give me the name of someone that could. All he could do was leave them a message for them to call me. I was even told that they weren't licensed insurance agents and that was why they couldn't give me the answers that I needed to move forward. But once I complained to the BBB and the Insurance Commissioner in my state, it was amazing how fast things were resolved.

needed more photos Matthew Gibson was great assisting me, but under writing kept needing more photos and documents, It was alot of time consuming trying to get everything together, but all in all the service was great , and i would recommend others to check out this insurance company, everyone was very friendly and worked hard to get me the best rate.
