Poor service. Misquoted. Slow responses quote was high and changed at last minute. Agent slow to followup. Please change my agent to someone competent.

Disappointed at not receiving quote in mail The agent was very nice. She explained me the coverage and deductibles very clearly. However, I did not receive the quote as promised in a day. It is already 6 days. I did not hear yet.

Too much work The whole point of shopping online is that I would only have to punch in my info ONCE. Instead, you do it once for Homeownersinsurance, then you have to fill out the application again for EVERY insurance company they suggest. I just want a quote, not an application. Don't use this.

If something goes wrong, you're on your own The agent I spoke with worked hard and I have a great rate on both of my Auto & Homeowners Policy. Once I finalized everything with her, I was unable to speak with her again....was always given some excuse. When they weren't able to answer my questions they told me to call my new insurance but my new insurance said that Homeinsurance.com didn't release my policy to them and couldn't help me until they did. Lots of back and forth and no one seemed to know what to do. I spoke to a Mitch and he said there was something wrong but he couldn't tell me what it was, wouldn't give me the name of someone that could. All he could do was leave them a message for them to call me. I was even told that they weren't licensed insurance agents and that was why they couldn't give me the answers that I needed to move forward. But once I complained to the BBB and the Insurance Commissioner in my state, it was amazing how fast things were resolved.

Great Experience My premium went up considerably on my renewal. I googled Homeowner insurance brokers clicked on the link. The rates were better than what I had so I went with it.
