By the time I was transferred to the agent, I was a little skeptical of the Internet company. I must say that I am happy I didn't hang up because Caitlyn is great. She was very friendly and polite. Too much work The whole point of shopping online is that I would only have to punch in my info ONCE. Instead, you do it once for Homeownersinsurance, then you have to fill out the application again for EVERY insurance company they suggest. I just want a quote, not an application. Don't use this.
