Poor service. Misquoted. Slow responses quote was high and changed at last minute. Agent slow to followup. Please change my agent to someone competent.

Friendly and helpful They transfer you around a few times and the first couple of girls sound like robots as they rush through their questions. By the time I was transferred to the agent, I was a little skeptical of the Internet company. I must say that I am happy I didn't hang up because Caitlyn is great. She was very friendly and polite. I felt like she was a real person on the other end ( which isn't something that happens lately). I can't say enough about how grateful I am for all her help.

My only request is next time The customer should have the option to chose which QUOTES or Insurance company they prefer. ASI was chosen for me which makes me wonder if your company got a bigger kick back after Raymond & hung up the phone Farmers insurance quoted me $997.60 yr & the Dwelling coverage was $229,000, Your company quoted me $1223. yr Dwelling $216,000 with ASI. Great Experience My premium went up considerably on my renewal. I googled Homeowner insurance brokers clicked on the link. The rates were better than what I had so I went with it.

Good service Polite representative with good knowledge of homeowners and car insurance. Able to answer all my questions. Very happy with price of new insurance policies. Did not get 5 stars due to wait time to get connected to Randy which was not his fault.
