My only request is next time The customer should have the option to chose which QUOTES or Insurance company they prefer. ASI was chosen for me which makes me wonder if your company got a bigger kick back after Raymond & hung up the phone Farmers insurance quoted me $997.60 yr & the Dwelling coverage was $229,000, Your company quoted me $1223. yr Dwelling $216,000 with ASI. Too much pressure to sell the policy instead of appreciating the problem statemenmt Great service, good price but looked like the agent has too much pressure to sell the policy, he was hell bound on generating the policy #, looks like his bonus depends on how many policy #s are generated, irrespective of whether they stay as customer or not

Disappointed at not receiving quote in mail The agent was very nice. She explained me the coverage and deductibles very clearly. However, I did not receive the quote as promised in a day. It is already 6 days. I did not hear yet.

Very Dissapointed I arranged to get a homeowners policy, and I was supposed to get an email with the documentation, and all I got was this stupid survey. I lost the information they gave me on the phone, and I called twice and they could not look the information up. I was told twice that someone would contact me and nobody ever did.
