Very Helpful Recently moved to S.C where insurance is quite different than Fl. My associate searched several companies and configured the policy to best fit my needs. He was very helpful and I am glad that I used them.

My only request is next time The customer should have the option to chose which QUOTES or Insurance company they prefer. ASI was chosen for me which makes me wonder if your company got a bigger kick back after Raymond & hung up the phone Farmers insurance quoted me $997.60 yr & the Dwelling coverage was $229,000, Your company quoted me $1223. yr Dwelling $216,000 with ASI. Raymond Duncan's manager in the background was also a distraction in our conversation I could hear her voice most of the time. My Confirmation # is: 15639191

OK but process could be improved I would have preferred to receive some actual quotes even if they are rather generic) rather than simply a list of insurers to try followed by a bombardment of phone calls and e-mails. Actual quotes would have allowed me to do some comparison and choose one or two I would like further information from. The way it is set up right now is basically the same as simply 'Googling' insurance companies with the added hassle of the aforementioned 'bombardment'

Great job after I complained David did an excellent job! Unfortunately, I called in 5 times before someone competent would help me. I have 2 about to be 3 property insurance products through homeinsurance.com. One would think, a loyal customer would be treated well. I had to complain to a supervisor, Stanley to get to David.
