GBVery Dissapointed I arranged to get a homeowners policy, and I was supposed to get an email with the documentation, and all I got was this stupid survey. I lost the information they gave me on the phone, and I called twice and they could not look the information up. I was told twice that someone would contact me and nobody ever did. I was told they were going to contact the bank and change the insurance company, and I do not know if I have a policy. Confirmation Number 12967113

GBGood service Polite representative with good knowledge of homeowners and car insurance. Able to answer all my questions. Very happy with price of new insurance policies. Did not get 5 stars due to wait time to get connected to Randy which was not his fault.

GBIf something goes wrong, you're on your own The agent I spoke with worked hard and I have a great rate on both of my Auto & Homeowners Policy. Once I finalized everything with her, I was unable to speak with her again....was always given some excuse. When they weren't able to answer my questions they told me to call my new insurance but my new insurance said that Homeinsurance.com didn't release my policy to them and couldn't help me until they did. Lots of back and forth and no one seemed to know what to do. I spoke to a Mitch and he said there was something wrong but he couldn't tell me what it was, wouldn't give me the name of someone that could. All he could do was leave them a message for them to call me. I was even told that they weren't licensed insurance agents and that was why they couldn't give me the answers that I needed to move forward. But once I complained to the BBB and the Insurance Commissioner in my state, it was amazing how fast things were resolved.
