GBOk, could have gone better Leading up to the closing everything was fine except the appraisal was a low ball and had to redone. Once a new appraisal was available the appraisal dept did not alert the underwriting dept therefore at the closing the figures were wrong. Had to wait 4 hours to close. Then once the cash out was wired, it was the wrong amount and took almost 48 hrs to correct. Not happy with the end of the process but Jordan up until that point was A+

GBCheck out Cap Center before you sign a contract to sell your house! First and foremost, the house was under contract in two days. That proves Cap Center's excellent marketing skills. Second, my Agent Brian S. was very knowledgeable and although I had a few hiccups along the way, he always provided encouragement and sound advice. This prove to me he was constantly helping me, eventhough I was not his only client at the time. Lastly, I would highly recommend anyone selling a house to compare the fees against Cap Center. I will guarantee their fees are much less and will guarantee the service is much better than other real estate agencies.
