Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. Rentalcover.com got us covered in Mexico. I've used Rentalcover.com over the years and were lucky never needing them until our last trip in Mexico when someone damaged our rental in the parking lot.
