They reimbursed third party accidental damage cost car rental company charged. Easy transaction but prefer if I had opportunity to talk to someone rather than emailing back and forth.

Payment Failed and no Alternative for MGANH-ETXCP-INS My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. What a great (refreshing) experience It was easy to take up, VERY reasonably priced, sooo easy to complete claim, instant response from company with regular updates progressing claim, paid out as promised.
