GBI had an incident while on holiday I had an incident while on holiday, the claim was settled within a few days of my return to the UK. The process was straightforward and soon completed. Just make sure you have all your paperwork in place and ideally access to a scanner.

GBBest and easiest insurance ever… Best and easiest insurance I've ever dealt with. Took two minutes to fill out a claim, within two days it was approved and could set up a direct deposit to my account in 30 seconds. They didn't play games or try to use some fine print to avoid paying the claim. Will use them every time from here on moving forward.

GBExcellent service Excellent service! I had to make a claim due to some damage on the hire car. Europcar were not providing the adequate information for me to complete my claim. Thankfully the claims handler obtained the relevant documents from rentals cars direct instead of me having to continuously chase the hire company myself.
