HKa very fast process I was told there is a scratch on the car when returning it. The rental company charged me GBP510 and makes me feel really worry and sad. However, Rentalcover reimbursed me within one day after I submitted the report. Thank you very much I am so glad I purchase my policy from rentalcover

AUWhat a great (refreshing) experience It was easy to take up, VERY reasonably priced, sooo easy to complete claim, instant response from company with regular updates progressing claim, paid out as promised. The only delay was my own fault or it would have been done in 48 hrs from notification. Never had an experience with an insurance company that was this good. Thankyou!!!

GBExcellent service Excellent service! I had to make a claim due to some damage on the hire car. Europcar were not providing the adequate information for me to complete my claim. Thankfully the claims handler obtained the relevant documents from rentals cars direct instead of me having to continuously chase the hire company myself.

AUSomeone ran into my parked rental car Someone ran into my parked rental car, and damaged the rear bumper light. Half expected the claim to be rejected as I could not identify the other car. Straightforward procedure- just follow the instructions. Good to see that there are still businesses that are honest.
