Payment Failed and no Alternative for MGANH-ETXCP-INS My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. The process couldn’t be easier and it costs a fraction of the cost of extra cover at the car hire desk when they sell you the doom and gloom scenario of being left with potentially big bills should something go wrong.
