Took two minutes to fill out a claim, within two days it was approved and could set up a direct deposit to my account in 30 seconds. GBWe rented our rental car through a third party website & someone tried to break into our car during new years eve… We rented our rental car through a third party website from Sixt rentals. We unfortunatley had someone try to break into our vehicle during new years party on the streets of portugal, porto. We tried to talk to the car rental company but they insisted on charging us over $1,000 for the damages. At first we thought it was just a loss we had to take until I looked at my emails for the insurance company we randomly added on last minute from an email they sent us. I started a claim really easily by the instructions left in the emails and on the portal they give you access too. I uploaded the required documents and within I believe 2-3 days we received a link to process the payment which was in full!! We added our bank account info and it was processed :) 10/10 recommend! We only paid around $110 for the insurance for 14 days!

GBI had an incident while on holiday I had an incident while on holiday, the claim was settled within a few days of my return to the UK. The process was straightforward and soon completed. Just make sure you have all your paperwork in place and ideally access to a scanner.
