They reimbursed third party accidental damage cost car rental company charged. Easy transaction but prefer if I had opportunity to talk to someone rather than emailing back and forth.

I had an incident while on holiday I had an incident while on holiday, the claim was settled within a few days of my return to the UK. The process was straightforward and soon completed. Just make sure you have all your paperwork in place and ideally access to a scanner.

Payment Failed and no Alternative for MGANH-ETXCP-INS My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment.
