Someone ran into my parked rental car Someone ran into my parked rental car, and damaged the rear bumper light. Half expected the claim to be rejected as I could not identify the other car. Straightforward procedure- just follow the instructions. Good to see that there are still businesses that are honest.

Highly Recommend! Much cheaper than buying coverage from the rental car companies. Also, (most importantly) very easy to work with when having to file a claim. I will be a customer whenever I have to rent a car in the future!

Rentalcover.com got us covered in Mexico. I've used Rentalcover.com over the years and were lucky never needing them until our last trip in Mexico when someone damaged our rental in the parking lot. Nothing major but annoying not knowing what the process would be. Turned out very easy and fast processing[also thanks to the rental car co. who provided diligently, in minutes, all documents to submit]. Will definitely stick with them for future travels.

a very fast process I was told there is a scratch on the car when returning it. The rental company charged me GBP510 and makes me feel really worry and sad. However, Rentalcover reimbursed me within one day after I submitted the report. Thank you very much I am so glad I purchase my policy from rentalcover
