Very fast claim processing. I was expecting the insurance claim process to drag on for weeks/months, but I was totally amazed by how quickly my claim was dealt with! I was careful to submit everything they asked for when submitting my claim and as a result they have processed it really quickly. I wish all organisations were as good.

What a great (refreshing) experience It was easy to take up, VERY reasonably priced, sooo easy to complete claim, instant response from company with regular updates progressing claim, paid out as promised. The only delay was my own fault or it would have been done in 48 hrs from notification. Never had an experience with an insurance company that was this good. Thankyou!!!

Took two minutes to fill out a claim, within two days it was approved and could set up a direct deposit to my account in 30 seconds. They didn't play games or try to use some fine print to avoid paying the claim. Will use them every time from here on moving forward.

a very fast process I was told there is a scratch on the car when returning it. The rental company charged me GBP510 and makes me feel really worry and sad. Payment Failed and no Alternative for MGANH-ETXCP-INS My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. I feel like they don't want to give me the money and all I keep hearing is "Support will get back to you." Thanks again for your assistance for getting this approved so quickly!
