Rentalcover.com got us covered in Mexico. I've used Rentalcover.com over the years and were lucky never needing them until our last trip in Mexico when someone damaged our rental in the parking lot. Nothing major but annoying not knowing what the process would be. Turned out very easy and fast processing[also thanks to the rental car co. who provided diligently, in minutes, all documents to submit]. Will definitely stick with them for future travels.

Payment Failed and no Alternative for MGANH-ETXCP-INS My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. I feel like they don't want to give me the money and all I keep hearing is "Support will get back to you." Thanks again for your assistance for getting this approved so quickly! Great service Had to make a claim for damage caused by persons unknown who broke a wing mirror. Claims procedure was easy and matter resolved very quickly and money paid promptly thereafter. Would certainly recommend.

The process couldn’t be easier and it costs a fraction of the cost of extra cover at the car hire desk when they sell you the doom and gloom scenario of being left with potentially big bills should something go wrong. This cover takes all that away as well as the awkward conversation at the desk when you feel you’re risking everything to hire a car for a few days if you don’t take out their cover which adds significantly to the cost of hire. 10/10.
