Great service Had to make a claim for damage caused by persons unknown who broke a wing mirror. Claims procedure was easy and matter resolved very quickly and money paid promptly thereafter. Would certainly recommend.

Rentalcover.com got us covered in Mexico. I've used Rentalcover.com over the years and were lucky never needing them until our last trip in Mexico when someone damaged our rental in the parking lot. What a great (refreshing) experience It was easy to take up, VERY reasonably priced, sooo easy to complete claim, instant response from company with regular updates progressing claim, paid out as promised. Took two minutes to fill out a claim, within two days it was approved and could set up a direct deposit to my account in 30 seconds. Excellent service Excellent service! I had to make a claim due to some damage on the hire car. Europcar were not providing the adequate information for me to complete my claim. Thankfully the claims handler obtained the relevant documents from rentals cars direct instead of me having to continuously chase the hire company myself.
