Someone ran into my parked rental car Someone ran into my parked rental car, and damaged the rear bumper light. Half expected the claim to be rejected as I could not identify the other car. Straightforward procedure- just follow the instructions. Good to see that there are still businesses that are honest.

Rentalcover.com got us covered in Mexico. I've used Rentalcover.com over the years and were lucky never needing them until our last trip in Mexico when someone damaged our rental in the parking lot. Nothing major but annoying not knowing what the process would be. Turned out very easy and fast processing[also thanks to the rental car co. who provided diligently, in minutes, all documents to submit]. Will definitely stick with them for future travels.

We rented our rental car through a third party website & someone tried to break into our car during new years eve… We rented our rental car through a third party website from Sixt rentals. We unfortunatley had someone try to break into our vehicle during new years party on the streets of portugal, porto. We tried to talk to the car rental company but they insisted on charging us over $1,000 for the damages. At first we thought it was just a loss we had to take until I looked at my emails for the insurance company we randomly added on last minute from an email they sent us. I started a claim really easily by the instructions left in the emails and on the portal they give you access too. I uploaded the required documents and within I believe 2-3 days we received a link to process the payment which was in full!! We added our bank account info and it was processed :) 10/10 recommend! We only paid around $110 for the insurance for 14 days!

What a great (refreshing) experience It was easy to take up, VERY reasonably priced, sooo easy to complete claim, instant response from company with regular updates progressing claim, paid out as promised. The only delay was my own fault or it would have been done in 48 hrs from notification. Never had an experience with an insurance company that was this good. Thankyou!!!

I urge the FCA & CAA to look into this and i will be passing my case details onto them, Ryanair flight was delayed more than 7 hours, Ryanair had to send another plane from Copenhagen as the original plane was faulty, other Ryanair flights was leaving Goteborg on time and without delay, this company is faceless and no phone numbers to talk to anyone, hides behind a website full of lies, 95% of claims paid in three days, don't make me laugh its been 21 days and you have even replied. so people don't use this product, UK CUSTOMER TO HELP YOU REPORT TO THE FCA Actual Name of the LTD Company - COVER GENIUS LIMITED (09408621) NAMES OF THE UNCONTACTABLE DIRECTOR Graeme John DEAN - SHAME ON YOU!
