They reimbursed third party accidental damage cost car rental company charged. Easy transaction but prefer if I had opportunity to talk to someone rather than emailing back and forth.

Payment Failed and no Alternative for MGANH-ETXCP-INS My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. I feel like they don't want to give me the money and all I keep hearing is "Support will get back to you." Thanks again for your assistance for getting this approved so quickly! a very fast process I was told there is a scratch on the car when returning it. The rental company charged me GBP510 and makes me feel really worry and sad.
