They reimbursed third party accidental damage cost car rental company charged. Easy transaction but prefer if I had opportunity to talk to someone rather than emailing back and forth.

GBAn easy way to peace of mind I love the ease of getting a quote and buying the peace of mind I need when hiring a car. The process couldn’t be easier and it costs a fraction of the cost of extra cover at the car hire desk when they sell you the doom and gloom scenario of being left with potentially big bills should something go wrong. This cover takes all that away as well as the awkward conversation at the desk when you feel you’re risking everything to hire a car for a few days if you don’t take out their cover which adds significantly to the cost of hire. 10/10.

HKa very fast process I was told there is a scratch on the car when returning it. The rental company charged me GBP510 and makes me feel really worry and sad. However, Rentalcover reimbursed me within one day after I submitted the report. Thank you very much I am so glad I purchase my policy from rentalcover

GBExcellent service Excellent service! I had to make a claim due to some damage on the hire car. Europcar were not providing the adequate information for me to complete my claim. Thankfully the claims handler obtained the relevant documents from rentals cars direct instead of me having to continuously chase the hire company myself.

AUWhat a great (refreshing) experience It was easy to take up, VERY reasonably priced, sooo easy to complete claim, instant response from company with regular updates progressing claim, paid out as promised. The only delay was my own fault or it would have been done in 48 hrs from notification. Never had an experience with an insurance company that was this good. Thankyou!!!
