AUSomeone ran into my parked rental car Someone ran into my parked rental car, and damaged the rear bumper light. Half expected the claim to be rejected as I could not identify the other car. Straightforward procedure- just follow the instructions. Good to see that there are still businesses that are honest.

HKa very fast process I was told there is a scratch on the car when returning it. The rental company charged me GBP510 and makes me feel really worry and sad. However, Rentalcover reimbursed me within one day after I submitted the report. Thank you very much I am so glad I purchase my policy from rentalcover

GBGreat service Had to make a claim for damage caused by persons unknown who broke a wing mirror. Claims procedure was easy and matter resolved very quickly and money paid promptly thereafter. Would certainly recommend.

GBVery fast claim processing. I was expecting the insurance claim process to drag on for weeks/months, but I was totally amazed by how quickly my claim was dealt with! I was careful to submit everything they asked for when submitting my claim and as a result they have processed it really quickly. I wish all organisations were as good.
