They reimbursed third party accidental damage cost car rental company charged. Easy transaction but prefer if I had opportunity to talk to someone rather than emailing back and forth.

What a great (refreshing) experience It was easy to take up, VERY reasonably priced, sooo easy to complete claim, instant response from company with regular updates progressing claim, paid out as promised.
