Very fast claim processing. I was expecting the insurance claim process to drag on for weeks/months, but I was totally amazed by how quickly my claim was dealt with! I was careful to submit everything they asked for when submitting my claim and as a result they have processed it really quickly. I wish all organisations were as good.

Thankfully the claims handler obtained the relevant documents from rentals cars direct instead of me having to continuously chase the hire company myself.
