Took two minutes to fill out a claim, within two days it was approved and could set up a direct deposit to my account in 30 seconds. They didn't play games or try to use some fine print to avoid paying the claim. Will use them every time from here on moving forward.

Payment Failed and no Alternative for MGANH-ETXCP-INS My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. The claim was user friendly and only… The claim was user friendly and only took minutes to complete, completed the online form and uploaded the documents I had. The claim was approved and ready for payment in less than 2 days which was appreciated as I had massive anxiety when I received the bill from the hire car company.
