Rentalcover.com got us covered in Mexico. I've used Rentalcover.com over the years and were lucky never needing them until our last trip in Mexico when someone damaged our rental in the parking lot. Excellent service Excellent service! I had to make a claim due to some damage on the hire car. Europcar were not providing the adequate information for me to complete my claim. Thankfully the claims handler obtained the relevant documents from rentals cars direct instead of me having to continuously chase the hire company myself.

The claim was user friendly and only… The claim was user friendly and only took minutes to complete, completed the online form and uploaded the documents I had. The claim was approved and ready for payment in less than 2 days which was appreciated as I had massive anxiety when I received the bill from the hire car company.
