They reimbursed third party accidental damage cost car rental company charged. Easy transaction but prefer if I had opportunity to talk to someone rather than emailing back and forth.

Payment Failed and no Alternative for MGANH-ETXCP-INS My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. I feel like they don't want to give me the money and all I keep hearing is "Support will get back to you." Thanks again for your assistance for getting this approved so quickly! Took two minutes to fill out a claim, within two days it was approved and could set up a direct deposit to my account in 30 seconds. They didn't play games or try to use some fine print to avoid paying the claim. Will use them every time from here on moving forward.

a very fast process I was told there is a scratch on the car when returning it. The rental company charged me GBP510 and makes me feel really worry and sad.
