GBExcellent service Excellent service! I had to make a claim due to some damage on the hire car. Europcar were not providing the adequate information for me to complete my claim. Thankfully the claims handler obtained the relevant documents from rentals cars direct instead of me having to continuously chase the hire company myself.

AUSomeone ran into my parked rental car Someone ran into my parked rental car, and damaged the rear bumper light. Half expected the claim to be rejected as I could not identify the other car. Straightforward procedure- just follow the instructions. Good to see that there are still businesses that are honest.

GBRentalcover.com got us covered in Mexico. I've used Rentalcover.com over the years and were lucky never needing them until our last trip in Mexico when someone damaged our rental in the parking lot. Nothing major but annoying not knowing what the process would be. Turned out very easy and fast processing[also thanks to the rental car co. who provided diligently, in minutes, all documents to submit]. Will definitely stick with them for future travels.
