Very fast claim processing. I was expecting the insurance claim process to drag on for weeks/months, but I was totally amazed by how quickly my claim was dealt with! a very fast process I was told there is a scratch on the car when returning it. The rental company charged me GBP510 and makes me feel really worry and sad.
