GBWe rented our rental car through a third party website & someone tried to break into our car during new years eve… We rented our rental car through a third party website from Sixt rentals. We unfortunatley had someone try to break into our vehicle during new years party on the streets of portugal, porto. We tried to talk to the car rental company but they insisted on charging us over $1,000 for the damages. At first we thought it was just a loss we had to take until I looked at my emails for the insurance company we randomly added on last minute from an email they sent us. I started a claim really easily by the instructions left in the emails and on the portal they give you access too. I uploaded the required documents and within I believe 2-3 days we received a link to process the payment which was in full!! We added our bank account info and it was processed :) 10/10 recommend! We only paid around $110 for the insurance for 14 days!

GBPayment Failed and no Alternative for MGANH-ETXCP-INS My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. I feel like they don't want to give me the money and all I keep hearing is "Support will get back to you." Thanks again for your assistance for getting this approved so quickly! MGANH-ETXCP-INS Update: They sent the payment and were just validating everything was fine. Thanks for getting on it!

GBExcellent service Excellent service! I had to make a claim due to some damage on the hire car. Europcar were not providing the adequate information for me to complete my claim. Thankfully the claims handler obtained the relevant documents from rentals cars direct instead of me having to continuously chase the hire company myself.

GBI had an incident while on holiday I had an incident while on holiday, the claim was settled within a few days of my return to the UK. The process was straightforward and soon completed. Just make sure you have all your paperwork in place and ideally access to a scanner.

HKa very fast process I was told there is a scratch on the car when returning it. The rental company charged me GBP510 and makes me feel really worry and sad. However, Rentalcover reimbursed me within one day after I submitted the report. Thank you very much I am so glad I purchase my policy from rentalcover
