They reimbursed third party accidental damage cost car rental company charged. Easy transaction but prefer if I had opportunity to talk to someone rather than emailing back and forth.

Excellent service Excellent service! I had to make a claim due to some damage on the hire car. Europcar were not providing the adequate information for me to complete my claim. Thankfully the claims handler obtained the relevant documents from rentals cars direct instead of me having to continuously chase the hire company myself.

Very fast claim processing. I was expecting the insurance claim process to drag on for weeks/months, but I was totally amazed by how quickly my claim was dealt with!
