What a great (refreshing) experience It was easy to take up, VERY reasonably priced, sooo easy to complete claim, instant response from company with regular updates progressing claim, paid out as promised. The only delay was my own fault or it would have been done in 48 hrs from notification. Never had an experience with an insurance company that was this good. Thankyou!!!

Highly Recommend! Much cheaper than buying coverage from the rental car companies. Also, (most importantly) very easy to work with when having to file a claim. I will be a customer whenever I have to rent a car in the future!

a very fast process I was told there is a scratch on the car when returning it. The rental company charged me GBP510 and makes me feel really worry and sad. Someone ran into my parked rental car Someone ran into my parked rental car, and damaged the rear bumper light. Half expected the claim to be rejected as I could not identify the other car. Straightforward procedure- just follow the instructions. Good to see that there are still businesses that are honest.

Great service Had to make a claim for damage caused by persons unknown who broke a wing mirror. Claims procedure was easy and matter resolved very quickly and money paid promptly thereafter. Would certainly recommend.
