GBPayment Failed and no Alternative for MGANH-ETXCP-INS My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. I feel like they don't want to give me the money and all I keep hearing is "Support will get back to you." Thanks again for your assistance for getting this approved so quickly! GBHighly Recommend! Much cheaper than buying coverage from the rental car companies. Also, (most importantly) very easy to work with when having to file a claim. I will be a customer whenever I have to rent a car in the future!

GBI had an incident while on holiday I had an incident while on holiday, the claim was settled within a few days of my return to the UK. The process was straightforward and soon completed. Just make sure you have all your paperwork in place and ideally access to a scanner.

AUSomeone ran into my parked rental car Someone ran into my parked rental car, and damaged the rear bumper light. Half expected the claim to be rejected as I could not identify the other car. Straightforward procedure- just follow the instructions. Good to see that there are still businesses that are honest.

AURENTALCOVER is great company to deal… RENTALCOVER is great company to deal with related to rental insurance covers. Received prompt replys to claim inquiries. They reimbursed third party accidental damage cost car rental company charged. Easy transaction but prefer if I had opportunity to talk to someone rather than emailing back and forth.
