Payment Failed and no Alternative for MGANH-ETXCP-INS My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover. Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. I feel like they don't want to give me the money and all I keep hearing is "Support will get back to you." Thanks again for your assistance for getting this approved so quickly! Highly Recommend! Much cheaper than buying coverage from the rental car companies. Also, (most importantly) very easy to work with when having to file a claim. I will be a customer whenever I have to rent a car in the future!

They reimbursed third party accidental damage cost car rental company charged. Easy transaction but prefer if I had opportunity to talk to someone rather than emailing back and forth.
