Superior customer service! I called AssureStart for a quote on small business insurance at a new location. They were not my first call, but they were the first company that did more than ask the necessary questions to fill out a form. Pauline made me feel like she truly wanted to understand my business. She asked great questions and even looked at my website and the website for the new location! In a time of online quotes in 15 minutes or less, I was very pleased to find AssureStart and actual customer care!

Buying Expereince with AssureStart My experience was well. I had some questions I needed answered before I was able to make my purchase, They were very responsive via email and chat. It does seem maybe there are no operators sometimes on the chat, although I sent and email and revived a response quickly. Checkout was extremely painless and I had what I needed within minutes of my purchase.

Worst insurance company ever Sold us a policy then cancelled it 24 hours later. Of course, they want to keep 60 days worth of premiums. This is a scam and these folks should be investigated!!!
