Such easy reliable online service which… Such easy reliable online service which I use for some time, 3 days to 35 days, each snowbird season in Florida. I add on needed days to my Canadian Group Insurance which covers the first 60 days of my travel medical needs. Typically I am in Florida for two months in the fall return to Canada for Christmas and then back to Florida early January for 3 to 3.5 months. Today I added 31 days of insurance for only $6.88 per day. You simply can't beat that price, and I was all done totally online, in 15 minutes.

Excellent service Insubuy My wife and I had a cruise trip in Europe this year. Our flight was tremendously delayed. We had to flight in the next day. Fortunately, we bought a travel insurance from Insubuy and tried to claim for the trip delay. Byron gave us a great hand and successfully helped us to get our claim. Purchasing was instant & detailed explanation Purchasing was instant. Comparing btw policies came handy. Surprisingly, they got detailed explanations on technical terms which normally we don't see in many sites or had to google about them or read through plan documents in tiny letters.

It was an awful experience It was an awful experience. User Experience is clunky and there is very little support. Did not receive the changes I was looking for in the insurance as the online portal can only help you retrieve these insurances. Although these insurances for the most part are junk (read the fine print), but due to Schengen requirements, people end up buying these and it's basically free money for these insurers.
