GBStephanie and Holly Are Awesome Last year I went through a tough time and Stephanie was there very well taking care of things and handling it so well. I had issues with Liberty Hyundai where they didn't even give me a Courtesy Loaner Sometime in October 2023, whereas the vehicle was dropped off mid-September or so and we went one month without a loaner and had hard times getting to all our appointments, Stephanie and Holly came to our rescue and helped us get the loaner. They both truly worked a miracle, and I would always like to have Stephanie, Holly or Madison to be in charge of any issue I may encounter in any coming months (hopefully not). This review may not be enough to compliment them both but all I can say is that you both were absolutely awesome. Thank you so much Stephanie and Holly for being so awesome. Hope you get this review.

GBThought to be spam email Well I received several emails from a Openbay+ company that I didn’t recognize. So I called the ToCo company that had a logo on the email. The reason because I didn’t want spam mail coming into my mail account. Daurie the customer service representative expressed that the email was to let me know that I received it for parts/service that are not covered by the warranty and we can get good company to complete work at a reasonable price. She was a great person to talk to. Wasn’t a spam message!

GBThis is a good product This is a good product. Not like car shield !!!! Which is a joke . My own service advisor / manager at my Ford dealer . They won't even accept car shield and several others but they will take Toco because they no they stand behind there protection . They are awesome thank you Toco and Eaton !!!
