GBReliable company I had a fairly good experience with Toco. I kept the service for a nearly year before canceling and within that timeframe I had one breakdown requiring contacting Toco. It took 4 hours to arrange a tow truck to my location (not their fault, it was a busy day) and two different tow companies had to be contacted to get one to me. Luckily, my breakdown happened within city limit just before leaving town so I wasn't stranded on a busy roadside. It took a few days to coordinate with the repair shop because Toco is on the West coast and I live on the East coast, plus their office is unavailable on weekends. I was pleasantly surprised that my out of pocket cost to replace an air pump was lower than expected. The reps were always professional and helpful even when I cancelled the plan. The cost didn't make sense in the long run compared to how much of repairs are covered. I paid more for the warranty than my repair would have cost out of pocket.

GBToco is amazing Toco is amazing! We have been with Toco since 2019 and they have been A1 since day one :) Highly recommended!! The best warranty company out there!!

GBThe first time I called several months… The first time I called several months ago and asked questions on payments the guy was so super nice . Now I called today and DEPENDING ON WHO YOU GET this lady was so aweful and had nothing but so much rudeness. I wanted to pause a payment and wanted to let her know the reason for calling but no she jumped into the mosh pit and said NO, i cannot do that. I said I want to then cancel I no longer want them as my warranty I will go somewhere else she proceeded to yell at me and I ended up calling cancellation dept who for the guy was like a robot, no emotions no nothing. Please stop hiring these clowns who have no business or experience in handling cust service. They make company look bad because of people like that.

I was calling to Cancel My Contract but They Helped Me Out Big Time And Clearly, Changed My Mind. Thanks again Wendy, Esther And Rhonda. I will be telling Everyone About Toco Because of these 3 Awesome Ladiesss.

GBI had a very fine experience talking… I had a very fine experience talking with Dillon today he was very helpful in having me elude the practice of shop repair costs and for those individuals and repair shops to stop trying to gouch me and he told me how to get things done and explained to me the process, where is the shop didn’t want to tell me that and they was skipping steps. I really appreciate him being knowledgeable about that. He did a job.
