USThought to be spam email Well I received several emails from a Openbay+ company that I didn’t recognize. So I called the ToCo company that had a logo on the email. The reason because I didn’t want spam mail coming into my mail account. Daurie the customer service representative expressed that the email was to let me know that I received it for parts/service that are not covered by the warranty and we can get good company to complete work at a reasonable price. She was a great person to talk to. Wasn’t a spam message!

USNew Warranty … New to auto warranties and with so many to choose from its very confusing. Each and every time I call the agents are patient knowledgeable and professional.
