Amazing customer service and very easy… Amazing customer service and very easy to submit claims. I purchased this insurance like many only hoping to use it in the near future for urgent health care for my newly adopted pet. But that quickly changed when she began to vomit blood. Took her to the vet and submitted a claim. Within 3 days my claim was approval and they covered 80% of the vet cost with the annual deductable savings me and my partner from a hefty bill and being able to keep our new kitty healthy. WOW! WOW. Unbelievable service, great website, easy to file and quick to pay! We adopted a sweet puppy and Rainwalk insurance was offered at pick-up. Less than 2 days later, he was diagnosed with parvo, hospitalized for 3 days, and racked up monster bills. I really didn't think Rainwalk would cover this, since we'd only just gotten him! It was a HUGE BLESSING to be able to decide to treat vs euthanize without the financial concerns. THANK YOU!
