No followup. When I initially worked with Jake to navigate an overwhelming Medicare process I was very pleased. This year I needed to make changes to part D because of rising costs to premiums and Rxs. Victoria made recommendation but after a couple weeks never heard back from her. I know folks move on but someone could have taken get place to follow up and contact me. I was declined a couple times and wasn't sure how to proceed on my own so I kept my existing coverage without making changes. No followup almost cost me coverage.

My wife and I were impressed with the service. My wife and I were impressed with the folks that we worked with at GoMedigap (Heidi Conrad and Ebony Jones). They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We selected the same Medigap plan F that we had with another insurance company, but will save over $2,000 dollars per year by switching to another insurance company that has an "A" rating.

I recommend GoMedigap! Charles was professional and friendly and provided the information I needed. After 5 years on Medicare, there were things I should have known sooner! There was no pressure to purchase any particular insurance product, and I ended up with a plan that saves me a meaningful amount of money with no loss of benefits.

I have been dealing with Jon McKnight… I have been dealing with Jon McKnight with eHealth Medigap. He is knowledgeable, articulate and has treated me kindly and respectfully. He has knowledge the work he is doing. I’ve had several conversations with him and he is always polite and helpful with my insurance issues.
