My husbands policy went through quickly, mine was a little longer but with Reginald’s help my policy was finally approved. GBThis outfit has called me a dozen times… This outfit has called me a dozen times in three days and will not stop harassing me even though they say they will remove my number from their list. Do they really think people will give them good references when they have no sense of decency. We recently had a death in the family and do not appreciate the unwanted phone calls and hope they teach their callers to respect the wishes of others.

GBNo followup. When I initially worked with Jake to navigate an overwhelming Medicare process I was very pleased. This year I needed to make changes to part D because of rising costs to premiums and Rxs. Victoria made recommendation but after a couple weeks never heard back from her. I know folks move on but someone could have taken get place to follow up and contact me. I was declined a couple times and wasn't sure how to proceed on my own so I kept my existing coverage without making changes. No followup almost cost me coverage.
