I am totally unhappy with my experience… I am totally unhappy with my experience with the computerized retirement system. I am unable to access MBOS or Benefits Solver. I cannot access my medical information and I can't get the Help Desk to fix the problem. I can't make a doctor's appt. because I don't have ANY medical information. I have tried many times to explain this to the Help desk and Pension office. No one seems to be able to fix issues.

We got signed up, and have her contact information to finish up with Medicare Part D. She called us back to check up on our progress, but without being pushy or impatient.

A positive enrollment with a super agent My wife first contacted Blake and got herself enrolled with Humana plan based on his recommendation. I spoked with Blake the next day and also enrolled with Humana though a different plan based on my needs. All in all, Blake was very professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
