GBMy wife and I were impressed with the service. My wife and I were impressed with the folks that we worked with at GoMedigap (Heidi Conrad and Ebony Jones). They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We selected the same Medigap plan F that we had with another insurance company, but will save over $2,000 dollars per year by switching to another insurance company that has an "A" rating.

GBA positive enrollment with a super agent My wife first contacted Blake and got herself enrolled with Humana plan based on his recommendation. I spoked with Blake the next day and also enrolled with Humana though a different plan based on my needs. All in all, Blake was very professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Very thankful to have Blake working with us to enrolled. Definitely will recommend him in the future!

We got signed up, and have her contact information to finish up with Medicare Part D. She called us back to check up on our progress, but without being pushy or impatient.

GBHeidi was excellent in providing with the perfect Plan and Provider Heidi was excellent in providing us with the best alternatives to our current Medicare supplement plans. Very informed, friendly and courteous. She was able to quickly access alternative plans/providers to give us a great comparison to our current UHC Plan F. Our goal was savings without giving up any benefits or coverage. Plan F to Plan G was not only an excellent choice, but it saves us almost $2,000/year. Heidi guided us through the application process and worked with on the follow up in getting us approved. Great job!

GBdisappointed I have always dealt with go medigap for the past 9 years. My medigap insurance rate was going higher than I preferred to pay so I called to see if there was another insurer with a cheaper rate. He found a company and I was cautioned to choose the rate and plan I wanted so I choose N rather than G. Overnight I changed my mind. When I called back the following day and spoke with the same agent I was told that change would need to go through his supervisor. There was no followup from that point going forward. The insurer refused to switch me from N to G I had to go through your company. I called but no followup and after several days switched to another broker.
