I am totally unhappy with my experience… I am totally unhappy with my experience with the computerized retirement system. I am unable to access MBOS or Benefits Solver. I cannot access my medical information and I can't get the Help Desk to fix the problem. I can't make a doctor's appt. because I don't have ANY medical information. I have tried many times to explain this to the Help desk and Pension office. No one seems to be able to fix issues.
