GBI could not be happier with the service… I could not be happier with the service I received. Our agent Reginald Morris went out of his way to help us. My husbands policy went through quickly, mine was a little longer but with Reginald’s help my policy was finally approved. If all of your agents was as nice and courteous I commend you on your business. I have never had a customer service representative be as courteous and helpful as Reginald. When it was time to actually sign up KC had been promoted and had one of his people Claudia Moore help me, with his guidance Claudia got me all set up, she answered all my questions and was very helpful.

GBIf You Are On Medicare You Need Additional Coverage….. Leaving my current employer with health coverage was not easy. Everything was there for me. If I had a problem or my prescription was not filled I would go to Employee Benefits, they would make a simple phone call and my problem(s) were gone. I’m thankful that there are understanding people at FIDELCARE. A simple phone call to Customer Service resolved my problem. Thank you.

GBI am totally unhappy with my experience… I am totally unhappy with my experience with the computerized retirement system. I am unable to access MBOS or Benefits Solver. I cannot access my medical information and I can't get the Help Desk to fix the problem. I can't make a doctor's appt. because I don't have ANY medical information. I have tried many times to explain this to the Help desk and Pension office. No one seems to be able to fix issues.
