Medicare Expert Agents! My representative Lakeysha Martinez is a glorified expert on Medicare! She is intelligent and unrelenting about finding the right coverage to fit my needs. Unfortunately, I had to change plans based on incorrect disability benefits information and we had to start from the beginning and Ms. Martinez was a delight to work with. She knows what to look for and what works with the amount of doctors I see. What I deem most important, her ability to instill confidence in myself knowing that I have chosen the best policy for me! I can’t believe how quickly she responds to voicemail and how pleasant she is to speak with. She isn’t satisfied until the customer is happy.
