Extra Benefits USELESS! I can’t use Extra Benefits for grocery shopping as none of the partner stores are near me and stores I shop are not accepting the card. I called and wrote several times but Aetna/Nations is not responsive. Phone clerks understand but can’t help. The eyeglasses place ON THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS does not accept Medicare! EXTRA benefits as offered by Aetna is USELESS to me!!

Nicholas was fantastic! Nicholas was extremely pleasant, informative and patient. I’m so glad I wasn’t on the phone for hours doing this. He spoke so I could understand and hear him and he covered a lot of information. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience choosing and switching insurance plans. You have a great employee!

Lot better plan I used to be with United Health Care which I was somewhat happy but then I switched over to Anthem Blue Cross and I am so happy now with the benefits that I am receiving now. I am so glad that I switched over to Anthem. The benefits and coverage now are exactly what I have been needing. I just wanted to say thank you for all the the help I am receiving and very knowledgeable customer service support.

My Agent of Record is Christine Collier My Agent of Record is Christine Collier. Although I have been a participant to Medicare, I have moved from the west coast, here to Tennesse. I am unfamiliar the procedure and part C vs medi-gap coverage, here in my new home State of Tennessee. Not understanding Advantage v gap coverage, I reached out to the Amerigroup for assistance. Christine Collier was fantastic. She listened carefully and suggested a new plan which looks great to me.
