I thought the policy I had was the best; boy was I wrong I was so certain that I had the best Medicare Plan available that I was just going to allow the agent to do his job and I would get off the call quickly. Well Keith talked to me as if we had known each other since he was born. He listened and went to work to find be something better than what I had. We talked for almost two hours, and now I do have the best policy available. He was knowledgeable, personable, relatable and really good at being the best Customer Representative you could possibly have in your company. Thank you!

Tina has such a personal feeling when enrolling a client, her attitude is awesome. She makes you feel special. And the concern she displays is wonderful. A friendly voice in the dark Tony was my guide to this experience. I found him to be delightful and very knowledgeable. He was patient and understanding He made sure that I understood everything,he had said, before going on to the next part. You could use more repetitive like him.
