A friendly voice in the dark Tony was my guide to this experience. I found him to be delightful and very knowledgeable. He was patient and understanding He made sure that I understood everything,he had said, before going on to the next part. You could use more repetitive like him.

I spoke with Jermaine Daniels who went… I spoke with Jermaine Daniels who went out of his way to go over ALL the plans that ALL the companies had to offer that would be the best for me! (Talk about a run on sentence!) We were on the phone for quite some time going over everything and ALL my needs AND expenses and came up with one, Humana that satisfied all my needs! I have to commend Jermaine for his tenacity, drive, professionalism, commitment and sense of humor which made our conversation well worthwhile AND entertaining as well as educational! He is an employee you need to hang on to as well as reward! Please tell him so for me too!

Extra Benefits USELESS! I can’t use Extra Benefits for grocery shopping as none of the partner stores are near me and stores I shop are not accepting the card. I called and wrote several times but Aetna/Nations is not responsive. Phone clerks understand but can’t help. The eyeglasses place ON THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS does not accept Medicare! EXTRA benefits as offered by Aetna is USELESS to me!!

Everything is as it should be for a 75… Everything is as it should be for a 75 yr. old male with slight kidney failure and a type 2 diabetic condition. My doctor and diabetic care nurse are both happy. My nephrologist probably isn't going to be happy.
